“The store was clean and not very crowded. I found quite a few items on clearance for 75-80% off. I also found name brands at decent discount prices. The cashier was very talkative and friendly. The store could be a bit more organized, and the discount dots and colors were somewhat hard to understand. All in all, I will certainly be back.”
“Wonderful shopping experience today. Jo Jo was so helpful. What a great personality. Professional, couterious. She deserves 10 stars. She really needed a pair of roller skates to keep up with employee asking her questions and assisting customers. Every associate was great that I had encountered. The store was clean, most departments had a good selection , expect for the style and size of the jeans ? i was looking for.. I am glad I stopped in and will return. I wish they had cameras out in the parking lots like most large stores have now days. I love products from J C Penny. They are well constructed , and when they have a sale, they have a sale. Plus, they offer a good selection of Big and Tall clothing for men! It is constructed well in in size. Drapes well without looking like a sack on 6'8" men. The dress shirt styles are up to date I. Wonder fabrics and great prints. Stop by and check out this store!”
“Very large department store with lots of different things to shop for. We knocked out a large portion of our Christmas shopping. Of the last standing department stores left at Old Hickory Mall. Prices are competitive.”
“Just had a blast shopping at Ross Dress for Less today! If you're into women and girls' clothes, this is your paradise. The variety was incredible, and the deals were unbeatable. Seriously, I was in love. This store ranks high on my favorites list – they've got an extensive range of designer clothes at budget-friendly prices. The selection caters to every style, and oh, the shoe collection is massive too! Definitely my go-to shopping spot.”
“Really cool store!! The other ones I've been to had way higher prices. This one has really good prices for most things. The store was a little messy though and didn't have the biggest selection of things but was still cool to go through a lot smaller then the other locations I've been too like in Memphis.”
“I LOVE this place. The energy of the workers is great. Everybody is willing to help me out pick my clothes for school and all their clothes are the best quality ever.!!! I would definitely recommend. The managers are awesome and this one worked helped me through my whole experience there. Glad I have this place a try. !”

“Just like any other Walmart, easy to find some things and others were out of stock...good old cooperate ordering and not letting employees do it. Your choices are getting smaller by the month it seems. You used to be able to get like 10 different kinds of blue berry muffins and now it's like 2 or 3 at most. The rest of the store is the same and prices are getting out of control and sizes are getting so small you buy a box of crackers for $7.50 and it's like 20oz and you only make minimum wage it will plain be difficult to buy anything soon.”

But think I do have in mind why they have attitude wit me all a man my husband but .... But I’m 57 don’t have time. “Very busy Saturday. I was looking for a particular product in the vegetable area and ask a dear young woman named Robin she was absolutely fabulous. She told me approximately where it was and I continued to look after I couldn't find it. She track me down and found the product. And not only found the product but brought the product to me. As I'm in a motorized wheelchair, I was very grateful she was a ten in my book. Thank you robin”
“Boy oh boy is this place loaded down with great prices on picnic items!!! The staff was so eager to assists searching for items!! Seems like these folks like what they do, the manager was coaching the staff along as they were bring stick items out to the floor!! Great job to this store for making you folks happy!!”

“Happy Sephora is in Jackson but the selection must improve . When I come in what I want is usually gone.They had Patrick Starr powders which I like the marigold is a great brighter but on me it just look like my skin tone but it did brighten”
