Finally got my NEW replacement kitchen faucet ... I totally recommend Delta Faucets !! Glad they stood by their warranty !!! KUDOS !!!

Absolutely the WORST place to ever work!! It’s like booking in for jail everyday lol! The management is awful! There’s a lot of bullying, favoritism, & discrimination. HR is awful. They work you every weekend, if you don’t work you get fired. You have no time to enjoy your life. Line leaders and management don’t care if your life is threatened and could care less what happens to you. Not counting your little 2 10 minute breaks you get on a 9 hour day. They say it’s judgement free, bullying free, it’s absolutely not. After reporting for 3 days that i was being harassed and threatened 3 managers told me it’s a part of life and to overlook it. Walking away from this job was the best choice i ever made! (the employees half a$$ put together the faucets and managers don’t care, they are barely put together btw) Go look somewhere else for a job and faucets and save your time!

I hired a master plumber to replace a Delta kitchen sink with a new delta kitchen sink, both leaked. Called 800 number for help, number 107. Returned product for 3rd Delta faucet. The 3d Delta faucet wouldn’t flow water. Returned 3rd Delta faucet for Kohler. My faucets don’t match but I will never recommend or buy Delta again. Home Depot retuned all 3 Delta faucets but I paid more for plumbing services. Delta products and customer service is the worst.

I came to this place bout three weeks ago and delivered here. Man let me tell you, they are QUICK! By the time my trailer bumped the door I think I was out in almost 20 minutes! Guard was pretty cool and the receiver did their job. Would deliver here again!

Just a heads up to the general public. To whoever even thinks about working here just don't. Their new weekend calendar mandates you to work weekends even if you put in vacation for Friday. The pay is not enough for the work you do, some lines shut down for weeks on end, you will literally stay short staffed all the time and even when you ask for help you never get it. The management team is incompetent for the most part and is completely inconsiderate to the general staffing needs on the production floor entirely. Not to mention their training program where you are supposed to learn how to efficiently run on a specific line is completely garbage. Most line leads just sit on their computer or stay on the phone. Not to mention on one of the days we receieved bad weather the company gave us a point for not being there because of road conditions being so bad. There is no job worth risking your life over and our families are more important. It should not be all about making money or producing orders. Do better

I work on their industrial laser, and the staff is friendly and more than willing to help. Delta makes and their own faucet parts that allows them to control their quality.

This is not a family oriented place to work. Money is not everything when you can’t even see your kids. They slave you here and make you work the holiday weekends. The upper management doesn’t have to be in the slave driven atmosphere. While we work they get the time with their family I hate this place

All in all it's not a terrible job. The bad thing is you work almost every weekend. And on top of that, you don't find out for sure if you do till the Thursday before the weekend. Essentially destroying your chances to make plans or have a life outside of the job. If you want a weekend off, you better put in for vacation for the Friday before just to be certain. Unless too many people in your section already have it off. Then you are not getting it. The weekends are usually mandatory depending on section and if you don't come in you get points against you that can get you fired.

I have been a loyal Delta consumer for years and it has paid off recently. My kitchen faucet was leaking and wouldn’t turn off. I purchased a new cartridge (later found out I could have called and they would have sent me one for free) and set about replacing it. I tried, my handyman tried and my plumber tried and no one could get the old one out. After contacting Delta by email because they were having higher than normal phone calls, I explained my situation and within days they replaced my faucet! I’m thrilled with the product and the service.I’m a customer for life.

Duties weren't hard. Some employees indulge in drama, the facility is definitely "clique'". A certain team lead always asked new female employees if they want babies, because he's looking for one more.

Have 6 Delta faucets and wouldn't own any other kind. Great customer service - had a small problem with one faucet - received a replacement part in 10 days!
