Dr. Creech has been amazing in the last few years for me and my Miniature American Shepherds. Very sweet and listens to what I have to say or think about what is going on with my dogs. I have been a breeder for 10 years and always trusted Dr. Creech with my girl. Even though I have only had 3 litters, my concerns were always listened to and considered. Thank you for everything you have done for me and my dogs over the years. A++

i took my dog to get his nails trimmed today and left him there for two hours, i came to get him and he was covered in p*** they cut his nails too short, he was in pain. like the other review where the girl said the relief vet on Tuesdays is awful, she was not polite and didn't care that she hurt my dog.

Do not use this vet. They have misdiagnosed two of my dogs on two different occasions and ended up costing me over thousands of dollars for issues that would’ve been cheaper and less serious if they caught them in the beginning. Almost makes me believe they’re not interested in your pet, only your money.

Don't take your pets here unless you hate them and love wasting money!! Terrible experience twice with the Tuesday fill in vet - will never go back!!

Don't take your pets here unless you hate them and love wasting money!!! I had a good experience with the owner vet but his relief vet on Tuesdays is horrible!!! I won't go here anymore period because he doesn't fire her! She is costing you business.

We were very impressed with Dr.Creech, spent time with us and listened to our questions and concerns without rushing us. All the other employees we came in contact with were so friendly and helpful. Clean clinic, very well stocked on pet care items. Such a caring place!

We needed day boarding for our 1 yr. old puppy once a week. The first time we boarded him at Pet Care, he was wearing his halter. He is a strong breed and will drag you along if you are using a regular collar and leash, so for his safety and the staff's safety we had purchased a new halter that hooks the leash in the front. When we picked him up that day, he was brought out by the tech not wearing the halter because she didn't know how to put it on him, which is understandable because they can be confusing. She had him leashed to his collar which was fine, except in his excitement, he was pulling her along. The next week when we brought him in the door, he immediately started crying and pulling back toward the door. At my direction, he went on with the staff member but whimpered the whole way and not pulling because he's wearing that fabulous halter. When I went back to pick him up that day, she laid a bag on the counter in front of me and said that he chewed through the halter. I asked, "Why did you leave it on him? It's not supposed to stay on, it's only for walking." Because of the previous week, I thought they understood that. All she did was point to the paper that was on the counter which stated that they weren't liable for any personal property brought in by the owners. That paragraph covers the neglectful care of the staff with personal property? What made matters worse, is that same staff member went pack to bring us our dog and she put a slip lead leash on him which loops around the dog's neck. These leads are supposed to be used high on a dog's head nearer its ears for their safety or it can cause them injury down on the lower part of their neck. He was pulling her and she was pulling back with all her might causing him to choke and cough. Immediately, upon seeing her usage of the leash I went to him and pulled it off and started to rub his neck as he's still coughing I asked where his leash was and she pointed to the computer where she had been sitting. I would think a vet clinic would know how dangerous that leash can be for dogs which pull. There was a big difference between the first visit and the second one, the second one costing me an extra $30 to buy a new halter. They may have a great facility for veterinary care, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR FACILITY FOR BOARDING and we will not be going back. It would have been the perfect facility for us convenience wise but I'd rather go out of my way and pay more, if I have to, for better dog care.
