My pillows on the bed looked a little creepy. The coffee maker was no where near an outlet and I had to move it to the desk to use it. The chair had black stains on the arm rests. No shower caps. Water was hard to turn on and off in shower. The room was deathly cold upon entering I had to turn the heat on and it was 90 degrees outside. The bed was super firm which caused my neck and hips to hurt the next day. The common areas needed a fresh coat of paint to match the upgrades in design the rest of the hotel was trying to provide.Rooms: Rooms were spacious. I liked the decor concept.Walkability: Within walking distance of Walmart dining establishments.

Two of our members came in the day before to clean and set up the room because they are so inconsistent. Even still, when we arrived to set up, there was a mildewy odor in the air and the air conditioning seemed to be struggling. It was very humid.

This hotel was very nice and clean and with friendly staff members. We stayed on the second floor and it was great we had a vending machine and ice machine on the same floor. Our comfy king size bed was very roomy. Our room and bathroom was very clean. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was the best ever..

Hotel was conveniently located, staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness however, was poor. There was an unfavorable odor in our room, floors were filthy - bathroom floor was greasy. Bathroom did not have a shower curtain, surfaces were dusty & there was a yellow liquid dried on the room wall and curtain.

My wife and I were greeted by a very courteous front desk person. She seemed happy we were there. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom sink's plug even worked! The lady who prepared breakfast was helpful, and the maintenance man was on site and alert to needs.

Hotel was conveniently located to all commercial and shopping locations. Area was safe. However, bathrooms are not clean and sink is not draining properly. Definitely not worth for the price they charge.

A little questionable for security.I arrived 4 hours later than my Mother. I ask for a key to my room... the young lady gave it to me at 11pm without asking to see my identification.A little disturbing ?*this was a business trip , fortunately it is a family business

THE WORST HOTEL.. THEY GAVE ME A DISABLED ROOM.. BEING THAT I AM A NORMAL PERSON WHEN MY WIFE TOOK A BATHER ALL THE WATER LEFT OUT THE BATHROOM.. AND AT 7 IN THE MORNING THEY WANTED TO OPEN MY DOOR SUPPOSEDLY TO CLEAN IT... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT...JUST BECAUSE LAST NIGHT I HAD NO OTHER OPTION...BECAUSE ALL THE GOOD HOTELS WERE FULL BUT...I NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN...
