Unfortunately I’ve had a few mishaps where I’ve had to use Collision Specialist. Each time they have made the experience easy. Very hands on whether working directly with you or your insurance. Quality of work on vehicle is very good!!! 100% recommend them!

Collision Specialists were great! From the moment I made my first phone call asking questions to meeting with their staff, it was total professionalism. Everything from my first visit for my car's estimate to the day I picked up my repaired car was the kindest, most professional service I have ever received from a body shop. They were flawless in communication with myself and my insurance company. I couldn't give them a 10 star review only because I was limited to 5. The receptionist and Trey treated me with respect and responsibility that was above and beyond my expectations. You will not be able to find a better service in West Tennessee. Turn around time was exactly when they stated it would be.
