I feel like the service was great. They diagnosed what was wrong. Brought the part and fixed it. All I had to do was pick up the phone and call Coffmans. The service tech was very friendly and efficient. I will never buy appliances anywhere except from coffmans furniture.

Service just okay, definitely not a discount option for furniture or appliances. I also guess they don't price match, but installation is comparable to competitors.

The entire team is awesome! They were able to get my delivery done quicker than anticipated and I was incredibly grateful! Jade and the sales team were awesome and helped me through every step and answered every question! The delivery team was super super nice and very professional! Everyone at the warehouse was really nice as well! I definitely recommend this place

Coffman’s was great from start to finish! Mr. Will was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He made decision making easy. Damon and helper were the best when it came to delivery! The got everything hooked up and were very respectful of my home. They were careful not to do any damage. Wonderful experience!! Would highly recommend Coffman’s to anyone looking for high quality appliances and great service.

Appliance arrived in a timely manner! Very pleased at how quickly it came! Old appliance picked up promptly too! The service men who set up our new refrigerator did a great job removing plastic and putting the new handles on. Very pleased with our experience. We have bought many appliances as well as furniture from Coffmans.
