We went in here about a week ago, It looked like a halfway decent gas station when we pulled up, but once you go inside it is very disgusting. We tried using our card at the pump and even though it kicked the transaction it still took $225 out of our account for pre approval that has still not been returned. I went to the bathroom while my boyfriend pumped gas, and all the toilets were unable to be flushed and their contents were spilling over in the floor. I felt like I need to shower just from walking in there. There was only one guy working the counter and he was very rude, and on his phone the whole time.

While thos stop in the past was a pivotal one for me, this time I was under-whelmed. The facility was hot and stale. It did not smell or look as if it had been cleaned within the last 24 hours. The shelves were sparsely stocked and the prices were difficult to locate.It was not a good visit at 04:45 this Sunday AM. I was unimpressed by the support or by the attendant behind the counter who was paying more attention to his phone than to the customers in the business.

Absolutely disgusting! 12am, 3 employees behind counter… no TP, no hand soap, no paper towels, coffee station destroyed & outside every windshield washing area was bone dry!!!

This is one of the nastiest stores especially bathrooms my husband and I haveever been in. For the size of your city the internet says you employ 4 people. I only saw 1 guy at the register. What has happened to management that would allow this omgoodness!

I ordered subway online at this location and they told me they didn't know how to do it. So I tried to contact them using the number given on the app. The number has been disconnected. So I'm out of the money I spent with subway at this location.

VERY Unprofessional!!!! Went to the subway in store at 9:30pm. Got in line to order food and woman continued to mop floor not Acknowledging me at all. Finally asked if they were still opened and she under her breath said yes, but continued to mop floor. I stood there until 9:40pm and with out saying a word to me she shut off lights and went to back. Asked the WOMEN at the front counter that were huddled up having there own conversation NOT HELPING AT ALL were they not open until 10 like the subway door says they are and she said no they close at 9 which was Obviously not true. I have never Experience such HORRIBLE service in my life. Will be calling subway and gas station in the morning about this terrible experience!!! Do not waste your time stopping here you will get Ignored and treated with so much Disrespect!!!!!

My husband n I had taken a trip n stopped by this place to gas up. Looked like a nice place. I go in to use restroom facilities and upon entering was unkept soap dispenser open and soap refill bottle in counter that needed wiping down trash overflowing! No one greeted as we came in. The cashier as we went up to pay for our stuff was eating a fruit cup with her fingers and on her cell phone! We go over to the subway that was in the store for a sandwich and no one there alarms going off on the bread in oven. Finally a guy comes in from outside apparently he was on a smoke break and on his cell phone. The counter where you make sandwiches was nasty from other sandwiches made. They were out of spinach and other condiments. Very unkept! I will have to say unless there is nothing else open if we ever go back to this area we will never stop here again!
