We love Dr. Carlton and his staff. My dog hates the vet and the smaller office makes it less stressful for him. I appreciate the personal service that we receive and we will continue to use this office for all of our veterinary needs for my cat and dog.

Update 6-20-23Placed order on their online site for heart med. Says 3-5 days shipping not that it takes additional 3-5 days to prepare to ship. Called vet then the order fulfillment they still had not prepared to ship. Cancelled order was told 3-5 days to refundThis morning they created a label and deducted purchase from my bank. Yesterday I also had vet records changed to a new yet. Now I will not get the med until after I have to repurchase from new vet. Wait for shipment to arrive send back and wait for refund. Not a way to hang onto a good client.....Veterinarians are expensive. That's all there is to it, but this one here takes time to look and make sure that your dog pet family member is in great shape.Reply to a portion of your comment. No one ever told me to take shipping into consideration or plan for that. No one has ever told me that had I have been told that I would have.
