This dealership is the best in town. Everybody is so caring and helpful in the process of getting you a car. From the service department to Joseph that helped me so much in finding me and my daughter the perfect car, it was a good experience. Knowledgeable and honest folks here!

Week before Christmas. I took my car in for oil change last week and during the routine inspection, they suggested new brakes and rotors all around. So today, I had them all replaced. I drove in with no issues. Brakes were fine, I had no issues at all but they recommended so I did. After they replaced everything they said one caliper froze up and a pin was broke. I'm no idiot when It comes to cars. I had no issues with my calipers when I drove in there. They said they wouldn't release the vehicle until I paid to get it replaced! I honestly feel like they accidently broke the pin while changing rotors and pads and the caliper froze up. That shouldn't be my fault! I had to pay another $400 on top of the $800 I was quoted for. Rediculous, and a week before Christmas. I asked how that's possible when I drove in with no issues?! They said they didn't know, that they weren't the mechanic. So, I'm left with no way to prove it. Kinda shady and very wrong....honesty goes a long way with me. This wasn't very honest. Now, I don't have the money to pay my bills this month! They wouldn't give me my car back if I didn't pay for it to be fixed. I pray that person comes forward and is honest with what happened.

I worked with Dylan. I was visiting from Houston, TX, and this facility made me feel right at home. They were extremely busy, but Dylan and the rest of the team did not cut any corners or make me feel less important. They did an excellent job servicing my vehicle and offered the best customer service. I highly recommend this establishment if you're in the Jackson area.

I bought my Nissan Sentra from Carlock Nissan over two years ago. I wanted to leave a review because in the over two years since I purchased my car, I have used nothing but their service department. I have to say I have never been more impressed with a dealer service department! Their prices are very competitive and reasonable also I have had continually exceptional and excellent service from the service people there. They are so professional, personable and I believe very honest. I have seen them go over and beyond for other customers while waiting for my car, which shows me they really do care about their customers, excellent service like that seems so rare now days that I really felt compelled to share how great my experiences have been over and over again with this excellent service department. The people there work hard and certainly deserve the praise! If you're in the market for a new car, you really need to consider this dealership.

I bought a Nissan Ariya EV car in March. It had less than 5,000 miles on it when it broke down on I40 between Nashville and Memphis, about 100 miles from my home. I had it towed to Carlock because that was the closest dealer. Although I am disappointed about my brand new car breaking down, and it taking over a month to get it fixed, I am not upset at the crew at Carlock. They were very helpful and nice. Susan and John were very kind and understanding of my situation.

Johnathan was super helpful, Rods tire in Medina was going to SCAM me out of 3 GRAND. Johnathan helped me, and reassured me that they would get the job done. Turns out what “was” the problem was perfectly fine. He saved me 3,000 dollars. They are very honest people to do business with!

Vance was very patient and worked with me to get the car I love.Helped me see all the features on the Sandra and explained how they work.Vance helped me set up my Bluetooth and my audio system.He did not make me feel pressured to this car but answered all my questions.He worked with me to get a price I felt comfortable with.I hope Vance is there when I come back my next car!

I’m thankful for individuals like JOHN RICH!!!!!! I experienced a misunderstanding in the service department dealing with repair on my car but Mr. Rich was empathetic, FAIR, knowledgeable, and PROFESSIONAL. I appreciate how he handled the situation and I am happy about the outcome. I will continue to do business with this car lot in the future because of him. I would like to publicly thank Mr. Rich for being understanding and kind but most importantly a decent human being.

Received a buy back mailer and my wife was in need of a new car. I had a 2017 Titan regular cab 8 foot bed with less than 40000 miles on it. The buy back plan said they would buy back my truck and put me into a brand new shiny new vehicle and my payment would be the same or less. So the lies started before i even got there. Needless to say when i got there it got worse. I took the mailer and wrote the stock # of the pre-owned vehicle my wife wanted on it in less than a half hour the sales person we were working with brought a offer 500 down was not on mailer any where and payment's 200 dollars a month more then my payment on my Titan. Should have left then it really did not get much better but my wife loved the car she picked out so i managed to get the payment down to about 100 more than what i was paying on my Titan. WILL NOT EVER BUY FROM LIAR'S AGAIN. BEWARE

My last car buying experience was a night mare. Going back into a dealership made me extremely nervous. Everyone at Carlock was nice, patient and kept me informed on everything going on. It was so great to work them and get my husband the truck he fell in love with. I will definitely be recommending Carlock Nissan to all my friends and family.

I’ve dealt with quite a few dealers in the past that were very unhelpful. My credit profile is very thin and young and not having a co-signer had made getting a car very difficult. Noah was very helpful and they were able to get me into a car I love without costing me an absolute fortune. I’d definitely go back to Carlock Nissan.
