The staff is friendly and my pickup comes out clean a shiny every time. I spent 3 months in Jackson, Tennessee and used the monthly plan. Sadly, no Take 5 car washes within 50 miles of me, now that I’m home. Just some poor imitators. I highly recommend Take 5 services.

One staff member Rashad was rude and insulting. I asked him to not hold the line up to take credit card information from a client that he could have moved to the side. He told me I could use the other locations and my truck was used and old from Savannah. He then cancelled my membership without permission. I have reached out to management by phone and email with no response. I will let the membership expire and encourage friends and family to do the same. Oil Well Road location Jackson TN.
