“Great service and excellent customer service. They will pick your vehicle up and bring it back in a couple hours at most. For instance, if you are at work they will pick it up and bring it back in a reasonable amount of time, so it makes it highly convenient and doesn't take time away other things you need to do. Sonny is a super great guy, very trustworthy, and has always done what he said he was going to. He definitely has the experience and has been cleaning vehicles almost as long as I can remember and has been doing exceptional work since the first time I used him over 20 years ago. My mother would only use Sonny to get her vehicles cleaned and detailed as far back to when I was a teenager (I'm 42 now) and she is very picky and sometimes hard to please. I am somewhat OCD myself and somewhat critical similar to my mother, but with Sonny I know my vehicles are always in good hands. Pricing is very reasonable, fair, and affordable, and customer service is also highly impressive, and worth mentioning. I have used Sonny for years and will continue. Over the years, Ive tried a few other places for auto cleaning, including one or two mobile detail companies but they always just did a quick wash, vacuum and wipe down and vacuum of the inside (something I could do myself in 15-20min). I always highly recommend Sonny's Detailing to anyone who asks where we get our vehicles cleaned. If you call and don't get an answer, leave a message or send him a text, he will get back to you fairly quickly. I've never been disappointed with Sonny's and you won't either. No question, highly recommended!!”

“Working for an entity that spends a lot of time in really muddy places elite detailing has never denied the challenge or ever complained about cleaning one of our vehicles. There's been a few times we have gotten so stuck and everything covered in mud and clay, the mud was slung all over the vehicle and the occupants that have to get back in, so bad that we can hardly see out the windows of the vehicle and you could no longer tell that the interior of the truck was Gray we bring the vehicles to them every time they get them clean unlike others we have used. These guys at Elite Detailing of Jackson have even pressure washed trailers, utility vehicles and four wheeler for us. This business is family owned and operated, they joke with their customers, have.snacks while you wait. The rest of my truck looks fabulous but the back doesn't look like it was even touched. Its disappointing for the money paid.”
