BRAVO for Bravo!!!!!! Dawn and her team are wonderful!! Six years ago, Dawn gave me "my hair back" with long hair extensions after my hair thinned horribly from breast cancer chemotherapy. At a time when I felt so mentally defeated and physically unattractive, Dawn restored my physical confidence with lovely long blonde extensions........for her kindness, I will be forever grateful! recommended Jacqueline to take over. Jacqueline always gives me the perfect cut and color....she knows exactly how to deal with my long crazy curly hair.....and always respects my phobia of "don't take any length off!!!" lol. Salon Bravo's atmosphere is a calming retreat. There are many great salons in Jackson, but if you are looking for a salon, visit Bravo!!!!! You and your beautiful hair will be glad you did!!

I loved getting my hair done by Hannah!! She really took time to discuss my wants with me, as well as my hair history. We looked at lots of inspiration pictures together and were definitely on the same page. She made sure my hair was healthy enough first for both of us to feel comfortable before lightening it. It turned out amazing and I’ve gotten so many compliments! Plus, it was really fun. Truly can’t wait to go back!

I had a wonderful experience here with Kim! This was my first time coming to this salon and meeting Kim and I had such a great experience. The salon was comfortable and inviting and Kim was friendly, professional, full of great advice and information and, most importantly did a wonderful job on my hair! I look forward to another cut from her.

Bravo is great - I love their services! I, and other family members of mine, have been several times, for cuts, trims, layerings, perms, dyes, and prom styles/makeup, and every time, I walked out looking great. Personally, Jenna was the stylist for me; she was talkative, helpful, and made my hair look amazing. 5 stars from me!

I was so thankful to get a same day appointment with Jenna. I called and explained that another salon had messed my color up and I was leaving in a few days to visit family. They told me to come in and they would take care of me and they did! I love my new color! I will definitely be a returning customer!

I was thrilled to go to this salon the same day I picked my appointment. Till Jenna cancelled 30 minutes before the appointment and was unprofessional over text. Guess I'll go somewhere else.

My daughter needed her hair and makeup done for homecoming court and Hannah at Bravo did SUCH a beautiful job! She was very responsive and got us scheduled quickly. She also helped guide my daughter through deciding what she wanted, which was wonderful because she’s never had hair and makeup done for a special event like that before. And my daughter got such wonderful, positive feedback from friends and family on the results. Hannah is very talented and both my daughter were both very happy. The salon was nice and staff seemed welcoming. Things were going well, and I thought there was good communication on what I wanted with verbal explanation as well as photos showing similar length, thickness, etc to my hair of the cut I wanted. I thought I scheduled for a shampoo, cut, and style but somehow it ended up being scheduled as just a cut. No biggie because I prefer my own products anyways, and it saved me a bit of money. Everything was good until I realized that I wasn't getting the cut I asked for, but the stylist was thinning my hair. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but I have naturally curly/deep wavy hair. As soon as I realized what was going on, it took everything in me to not burst into tears. I said absolutely nothing about wanting my hair thinned, and had I known, I would have declined. I wanted long layers with a tapered front. Thinning curly/wavy hair is not the same as thinning straight hair. It causes poofy, frizzy, stubble like texture. My hair is super thick and already has texture, so I'm not sure what was the thought process for thinning it. Maybe that's how she was taught to blend layers. Needless to say, I don't think I can recommend curly or wavy people to this salon. The girl was super nice, and I just couldn't have a complete meltdown right there. Luckily hair grows back, so I'll just have to be patient and fix it myself.
