Enjoyed my visit to Boot Barn. Came in looking for a Hat and left with 2. The Gentleman working the hats section was very knowledgeable and personable. Noticed 1 hat had a defect when I got home, came back next day and they swapped it no trouble. Will return to shop again.

I went in this morning to buy a pair of boots. I knew exactly which ones I wanted. All I needed was someone to get my size. Not one person asked if they could help me or even said anything to me other than that picking up a boot by the front door will set off the alarm. I was literally holding the boot I was wanting to buy. The woman never even walked over simply commented from across the store and then turned around and went back to ignoring me. Guess if you can’t buy boots if you wear shorts and $200 sneakers.

Went in to return some unworn boots, and did not even receive any help to shop for another pair. I decided to just return since I couldn't get help, and I was told that couldn't happen due to a past store manager "not following policy." This came from the new store manager who was just standing at the front chatting with other employees. I sure do miss the other little blonde store manager that was there.

It truly astonishes me that there was nobody working in the front of your store and every restroom and every fitting room was locked shut, obviously because you all think you’re in a crime ridden neighborhood. Over in Nashville, you don’t have to ask for permission to go try on a pair of wrangler jeans, you can just do it. If you all think you are in such a crime driven neighborhood that you can’t keep your restrooms publicly open nor your fitting rooms, you should close your business. You just lost about $150 worth of sales due to you having no one out front working today, and every dressing room door locked, so I could try on nothing. Ridiculous… it truly is.
