For being a literal phone company they will answer and hang up on you. All i wanted to know was if they had a phone in stock. Took 3 different phones calling and an 1.5 hours wasted for her to finally pick up and answer the 30 second question. Hopefully corporate knows how to answer the phone because I'll be calling them too

I've used boost for over 15 years now and always liked it but this last phone I bought from them I bought insurance for it to feel safe just in case something happens to it, I am a maintenance man so I do drop it. Well I've had it now over 5 years and they say the screen or motherboard is going out and now my screen is shattered so I call them and I'm just getting the run around, I've paid my phone bill on time every month with the insurance payment same time every month and I don't give them the run around. God forbid for u not to have ur phone bill money what happens, they shut u off, but when I need to use the insurance they sold me I get the run around. They gave me a coupon that didn't work so now I have to wait another 2 days for managment to approve something. Just a little aggravated. I will say Saturday there was a guy named Moe he did try and help thank you..He helped as much as he could and did and called everyone to see what the issue was or is..???

The sales associate was very helpful and told me exactly what I need to do to switch carriers. Got me the phones I was needing and was very quick about getting it done from start to finish. The sales associate was very friendly and straight forward about services, plans and charges.

They have the worst customer service and existence in the cell phone industry. Due to their error They terminatored my service while my wife was in the hospital in another city and refuse to reinstate the service in less than 72 hours even though I had paid double the amount.The error was theirs.I will never do business with loose mobile again.

Awesome staff and very knowledgeable 2 years ago but now there is never anyone there at all. They are either closed before 4 pm or never come back from lunch. I have made 2 trips there in the past 3 weeks and it's closed. I drove all the way from Mckenzie,TN. I guess I have to change to a different phone company now

Horrible experience with boost! There system has been hacked and everyone information has been put at risk. They are not telling the customers what is truly going on. Some has hacked into there account you cant pay your phn bill or transfer your new phn from an existing old phn. Can t reach customer service n when you do they cannot help you with any of your concerns.

Very respected staff, the store is nice than any other phone store I've ever been to, Cricket's phones are too priced and too much for an average bill every month. This one is the best get a free phone when you switch services that's a good deal in my opinion there needs to be more stores like these if so then we wouldn't have to be stressing over paying high type bills.

I was very pleased with the service I received by Manny & Elexus. She started with suggesting the phone I ended up getting. Manny was very knowledgeable and went over and beyond with his customer service. I would recommend anyone to do business with this store. I was very pleased with his professionalism.

Manny was by far the best Boost Mobile representative I’ve come in contact with! Very helpful and informative while not being overly aggressive! Boost Mobile as a company are lucky to have such an great salesman!!!!!

Ok, so i would like to say WOW because in all my years of cell phone buys, deals, trades, ownership i have never encountered such a kind, informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and fun salesman/customer service representative such as Manny.... I was blessed to have met him and am so glad that people like him still exist in a world where people have become desensitized and just plain rude! He loves to work with people and goes above and beyond in his line of work, I can totally vibe with his energetic and soulful energy. So to boost mobile Manny deserves a raise, no doubt, and you are very VERY lucky to have him in your employ, more like him yall gonna have a easy time taking over ALL the towers and monopolizing the industry! Lol THANK YOU MANNY FOR UR WONDERFUL HELP IN getting me AND my boyfriend the best phones and service plans with the phones we wanted, loved, and are extremely happy with :) We will be back and hopefully u will still be there.
