I called this florist on 08/02/2019 at 0900. I placed my order, repeated myself several times as to who the flowers were for, and where they needed to be delivered. I was told that the flowers would be delivered by 1300 to my aunt's room in the hospital. At approximately 1130, I get a call from the florist, stating that it was her grandmother that took the order originally, and I needed to go through everything once again, in placing my order. after I did this again, I inquired as to when the flowers would be delivered, and was told by 1500. The flowers weren't delivered until 08/02/2019 @ 1000, and they weren't what I ordered. The card was even wrong. It had me as the recipient.

I cannot imagine ever using this florist again!! My previous order on Easter was never delivered and now my sister-in-law's flowers were never delivered! They were for her80th birthday which, unfortunately, she is spending in rehab center. What makes it worse is having ordered flowers online and then following up with 3 phone calls to Nell. I was assured each time the flowers would be delivered and they never were. I look for some excuse but alas, I just think the florist just doesn't care about it's customers.
