They took care of me! My phone screen was busted, didn’t work after replacing. They had to send it somewhere else to fix the face recognition issue. Didn’t charge me anything extra. Stayed in contact with me through the week and a half process! Great service!

I don’t normally write reviews, but Dominick and Danny in the Jackson TN. Batteries Plus store deserve recognition and a heartfelt THANKS!! I called first, before driving an hour to the store, only to find, when I got there, EVERYTHING I was told, was 100% TRUE !!! From Pricing, to having the batteries in stock and loading my 6 HEAVY Golf Cart Batteries in my truck for me!! I don’t recall spending $1000.00 on anything, let alone Batteries, with such a smile on my face!! THANK YOU Batteries Plus and THANKS Dominick and Danny!!!!! Be Blessed……………………

Very helpful employees and every battery you could ever need. I was in and out in minutes. Can definitely find cheaper online but I don't trust the batteries online and I got a 1 year warranty here so worth paying a little more IM0.
