I recently moved to the area and tried this mechanic for my Audi and Lexus. I made an online appointment, which their system didn't register, causing a wait when I arrived. I wanted my check engine light diagnosed but wasn't informed of the cost upfront. They charged me over $170, which was unexpected and not communicated. Their payment machine malfunctioned, and Adrian, the employee, wrote down my entire credit card details on paper, which I found concerning. He assured me it'd be destroyed eventually, but this method was unsettling. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with their service and transparency. I'd advise caution for anyone considering this business.
