0 Stars! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Absolutely the worse insurance company EVER! Do not waste your money!!! The only thing its good for is having a piece of paper if the cops pull you over! They cover NOTHING! The claims department is complete trash! If you have this insurance company have a complete and full copy of your policy. Know EACH clause! Then if they do cover anything they will go the CHEAPEST ROUTE! TRASH! TRASH! TRASH!

This is my first time ever reviewing a company, but I am soooo irritated with the service I received here. My insurance was overpaid by a month. When I called to inquire about the amount the woman said I was lying about overpaying because “the system wouldn’t have allowed that”. I had to argue with her to get her to just look into it & when she did she saw that I DID overpay. She told me “Well a check was sent out to you for the amount.” The check was sent to the wrong address which she then told me “Not our fault you didn’t double check that we had the correct address” & hung up in my face. I called back & asked to speak to someone else or have my check resent to my correct address. She refused both, told me next time to make sure my info is up to date next time & hung up again. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I usually don't have a whole lot to say about things if this nature but I gotta address this issue my mom has been a loyal customer with these guys and her car was stolen and she called to report it and they told her they could not help her even though the car was on her property all because she was warning up the car and the lady told her to keep making her payments anyways come on really i mean is this how you treat your customers really

I just got car and insurance April 20th. I was thinking it was due around 19th. I find paper it said 15th. I go online to pay to find out ,they cancelled it on the 16th. A day after? Never have I seen such a thing like this. Should of went with insurance I already had on other car.

They are not good nor professional. I had an accident Wednesday night,the night before Thanksgiving, and I was not able to talk to anyone. They have an 866 number but you still cannot talk to anyone or a anyone in the claims Dept. Unless it's a business day. So, I had to wait until Monday morning to talk with someone. it's now 8:20, and no one is in the office. Then on top of that, you have to come out of your own pockets to pay for a rental car! I would not advise ANYONE in their right mind to go with them on insurance.
