“we previously took our car to another shop and left so worried and concerned with the noises and shifting problems we thought we had. john was so helpful and went above and beyond to assure us that it was working just how its supposed to. he drove us around and answered every question we had about absolutely anything and told us if we ever need anything to come right back. he gave us an assurance you cant buy with money, i was freaking out! the inspection was free as well which is amazzzinngggg!! GO HERE!!!”

“I took my car to the location it was purchased (I know, I know) for a noise in the front end that you could also feel in the steering wheel. They wanted over $450 for a flex coupling in the steering column. They told me the part itself wasn’t expensive, just the labor to get to it was. I have taken my previous cars to KB’s and have always been treated well. Never had the feeling that they were trying to pull one over on me or anything. I took this vehicle to them for the repair (expecting a similar cost).
A pinch bolt was loose.
They tightened it and CHARGED ME NOTHING.
This!!!! This is why I won’t go anywhere else.”

“I have a 2012 Dodge Charger that started having issues with shifting up and shifting down. I took it to three different locations and all three told me a different story about the transmission and said a needed a new one with a cost of over $8000.00. Being a single woman and not knowing a thing about vehicles and decided to talk to my neighbor about it and see what my options might be. He suggested I take it to Jim Clement and see what his thoughts were. My neighbor said he was the best and I could trust him the be truthful with me. I drove it in today 2/16/2024. Mr. Jim was most helpful and explained in detail what was going on. I didn’t need a new or rebuilt transmission all I needed was a factory reset! What a relief it was to hear this news. I was in and out in 30 minutes and price was fair! Drives like a dream! So thankful I was recommended to Mr. Jim! Hope this review helps others to reach out to Jim Clement Automatic Transmission before dropping a lot of money on a transmission they don’t need! Forever grateful!”

“Great service and excellent customer service. They will pick your vehicle up and bring it back in a couple hours at most. For instance, if you are at work they will pick it up and bring it back in a reasonable amount of time, so it makes it highly convenient and doesn't take time away other things you need to do. Sonny is a super great guy, very trustworthy, and has always done what he said he was going to. He definitely has the experience and has been cleaning vehicles almost as long as I can remember and has been doing exceptional work since the first time I used him over 20 years ago. My mother would only use Sonny to get her vehicles cleaned and detailed as far back to when I was a teenager (I'm 42 now) and she is very picky and sometimes hard to please. I am somewhat OCD myself and somewhat critical similar to my mother, but with Sonny I know my vehicles are always in good hands. Pricing is very reasonable, fair, and affordable, and customer service is also highly impressive, and worth mentioning. I have used Sonny for years and will continue. Over the years, Ive tried a few other places for auto cleaning, including one or two mobile detail companies but they always just did a quick wash, vacuum and wipe down and vacuum of the inside (something I could do myself in 15-20min). I always highly recommend Sonny's Detailing to anyone who asks where we get our vehicles cleaned. If you call and don't get an answer, leave a message or send him a text, he will get back to you fairly quickly. I've never been disappointed with Sonny's and you won't either. No question, highly recommended!!”

“We were in Tennessee visiting family and the day before we were set to leave, our a/c condenser decided to blow. We Stopped in to Northside Auto Services not knowing what to expect and/or if they could even help us before we hit the road later that afternoon. Not only did they get the vehicle right in and give us a diagnosis within 5-10 minutes, but they had the part in stock and assured us they could have us back on the road in 4-5hrs. The staff was great. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. They had our vehicle done in less than 5 hours, as promised and we now have ice cold a/c just in time for our trip back to Florida. We are very pleased with the customer service we received, the speed and quality of the repair and the cost was in line with what we expected to pay. Thanks for everything! You guys really saved our trip!”
“Broke down with a flat tire today, called these guys and was not disappointed. The guys came out quick, they were super friendly, had an issue where they had to tow me back to the shop, once we got there they had my truck fixed up and back on the road very quickly. We made it a few exits into Jackson TN and Firestone turned us away, so we came across the street to Goodyear. Denise at the front desk was so sweet and the repairman were wonderful! They took care of us even though it was close to closing on a Saturday and made sure we weren't stranded all weekend with kids and no car. I highly recommend this Jackson TN location!
