I came in to trade in my phone & it took almost 3 hours for my info to transfer over, christopher was very very helpful! He was positive and patient the whole time, great service!

Cassandra M did a fantastic job with this. The transfer was complex and had many issues that she worked through. She was clearly knowledgeable, surprisingly so. I was impressed with her dedication and more importantly, results. Not a dedication seen anymore. She was 5 stars

You send us a letter stated that you were hacked and our personal data was exposed to the internet. Then you charge $10 per month for the privilege of invoicing me, unless i will give you my banking information so you can collect DIRECTLY from my bank. ARE YOU KIDDING ME.....TRUST AT&T. NO WAY......Kris helped my wife and I upgrade from the Samsung S10 plus' to an S23 Ultra's. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and pleasant to work with. AT&T is terrible to buy from. It was like buying 2 $100,000 new cars. They rely on fine print to squeeze every dime out of you. I can't wait until they no longer own the rural airwaves. Just watch how fast they lose customers. If you buy from AT&T, take a lawyer with you. You'll save money in the long run.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. My girlfriend and I came in 2 hours before closing to upgrade her iPhone to the new iPhone 15. They had no sense of urgency in moving customers along. We waited half an hour for help. When she finally got her phone, the incompetence was on full display as they were unable to transfer data from her old to new phone. She had to bring it home and do it herself. AT&T should be ashamed to have the company's name on this store.

I went in to get an Apple Watch connected and sales person suggested that I combine my wireless and my home internet into one account. I had them separate since the accounts were open separately and at different times. They said I would be saving a bit. It wouldn’t take long supposedly. Well the 15 minutes for the Apple Watch turned into like an hour (I called ahead and ask how long it would take because I have other errands) and the combine account turn the whole process in to like a 2.5 hour struggle. Now I know why it was so difficult. This sales person tried to open a new account because I received a new modem for the internet. I thought we were only combining the bill not open a brand new account. Basically she messed up my old accounts so badly that I had to call ATT 5 times to get it figured out and I had to find time to return the modem. Now I got my newest bill and it still has the charge for the internet that she added even though I returned the modem and spoken to Att representative on the phone numerous times. I was told what she did was wrong because this special bundle offer only applies to new account customers not existing customers. That’s why she opened a new account instead of what I thought was a combined situation. I got the run around and end up upgrading my Att internet and having to make now a 6th call to Att to resolved the billing part. It’s been a nightmare. Do yourself a favor don’t let them lie and make you think you can bundle things. They probably get commission to open a new account instead of helping they will create a huge mess for you to clean up. I have called the store and requested to speak to a manager. I have gotten no call backs and every time I call they said there is no manager. I will never go to that Att store again. Most horrible experience ever!

I went 3 years paying off a new phone. Once I payed it off I didn't realize I had to go to the website and request for my phone to be unlocked. I tried to change services but I entered the wrong code to many times and was locked out from being able to use another service provider besides AT&T even though my phone is paid for. Now I have 1100 dollar phone that AT&T won't help me with, my new provider won't help me with, Samsung won't help me so my phone is now trash! worth nothing bc of AT&T. I even tried to pay a 3rd party who said AT&T has to help you but they refuse to help me. It should be illegal to lock someone's phone where they can't use it I jumped through all their hoops and still couldn't enjoy my phone outside of AT&T. I won't be coming back to at&t anytime soon..
