BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING the contracts they give you!!!! I called to cancel my membership because I moved, they wouldn’t do it over the phone. They put a bad mark on my credit over 10 dollars. I paid the 10 dollars 6 months ago and I’m still not going away!! Do no sign

Be carful before you sign any paperwork I tried to cancel my membership after I moved from jackson and they told me I have to come and cancel in that location and I can’t drive to jackson just to cancel the member ship long story short they messed up my credit score after they reported $10 collection on my credit account

Anna was amazing to work with. She helped us sign up for our memberships. She was very patient and helpful. So sweet! I can't thank her enough for making sure that everything was done correct and made it so quick and easy!

I attended this gym for the first time with my sister who goes here regularly…. Within the first 20 minutes of being there a creepy old man came up to me asking questions about my age, whether I was married/ single, and proceeded to tell me his wife left him. The whole situation was uncomfortable and disgusting. The management there at the time said this has happened before and they would take care of it, but only had a “talk” with him. This is a grown man who is preying on young girls at this gym. Very disappointed with the way it was handled and my sister will be canceling her membership for her safety.

I have worked out in gyms across the country for over four over four decades and the ATC Fitness in Jackson bu Union University has got to be the cleanest facility I have ever been too. I was very impressed by the manager(Austin) who was out on the floor cleaning the equipment along with a subordinate employee. The overall experience with this facility and management was great.

Not a good gym for serious weight lifters. This gym is perfect for the casual gym goer, or a person who just is trying to stay in shape. There are better options though if you are a powerlifter or you enjoy doing crossfit inspired exercises.
