The staff is friendly and will respond to missed calls. The issue is the rat problem! I have cleaned my unit TWICE and it seems to get worse with each cleaning. Some of my property was destroyed and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I was told that they may put some traps out, but thats about it. I am a decorator and party planner so I need my items to be in good condition. I am moving my stuff to another facility!

Assured Storage has nice enough facilities, the place is clean and well let. My issue is with the staff. They lied to us when we closed the unit, saying we has to call them to let them know when we were out, but they didn't tell us that when we were closing the account. Then they said we weren't out by 5:30, when we were actually out by 5:15.
All this to swindle us out of $99 (yes, $99 for the smallest storage unit). They won't even consider pro-rating that for the one day THEY say we were late. Don't do business with them, they are shady. I'm having to have my bank reverse the credit card charges, so they're not getting their money anyway. It's shame they are so unprofessional.

Not a very good place to buy a storage units they sell them full of garbage the stuff that they should have done paid to carry to the dump but they sold it to another customer like me

I went to remove some items from my storage unit to discover they had a rodent problem, I bought the issue to the property manager attention and was advised the problem would be taken care of. After a month pass I return to follow up on the condition of my property that’s stored in unit to found most of my furniture was covered in rodent dropping. I return to the office to speak with the lady at the front about the problem again who’s also the property manager see if could speak with some one else about the issues and her response was “ I’m the manager there’s no one else you can talk to besides me” in a very rude manner. So this location isn’t managed well at all..!!!!

If I could give them less then a star I would....I only had a storage with them one month, popped up to check on my stuff, open the unit to find that both of my storage units were full of roaches!!!!! One unit at one end and another one on the other side.... when asked what they planned to do about it I was told this was a problem that they were battling and my unit wasn't the only one that had this problem( the whole place has roaches) and that it is in the paper work that they are not help responsible.... very rude and nasty.... I will never do or smelt anyone I know do business with them!!!
