If you decide to go to Allen Samuel's to get your vehicle serviced you would be better to get it serviced anywhere else but their service department. Do not believe them when they tell you it takes 2 weeks for an oil change to lubricate the engine.

Highly recommend! Preston was my salesperson and let me just say this. I worked in sales for years. This man has it figured out. I went in looking for the best of the best the highest end palisade knowing good and well I couldn’t do it financially. Preston sat me down and was like look let’s talk about what features are important to you. Not only did he have exactly what I wanted on the lot, he had the color I wanted too! I've bought several cars over the years from this location, through 3 different dealerships. Two from Alan Samuels. This will be my last. The only good thing I can say about the dealership is our salesmen, Preston Montgomery. I've had trouble with the service department ever since we bought this car. Complimentary oil changes or maintenance takes at least a month to get to me. We were fixing to go on vacation last year and our collision avoidance system wasn't working correctly and they couldn't work us in before we left. Also, today, I was told I needed a cabin filter, which I did as they showed it to me, but for the price I was quoted, I declined by saying, I'll do it myself. When it was time to leave, I was charged for the filter and was told they thought I said for them to do it. It was the last straw. I paid even though they said I didn't have to. I was done with them. Then I got home, and they called to say they forgot to put my wheel lock key back in. I'll get my wife to pick it up so I won't get mad. If I buy another Hyundai, it will be from another dealer.

A perfectly great experience. Wonderful price on our vehicle, but most importantly customer service is top notch. It is clear customer service is a priority. From Calvin our salesman, who made the buying process simple, Blake in finance, who came back to the dealership after hours, Lucas in sales, assisting with a complex situation and Josh in sales, who went out of his way to help with getting our car cleaned up. Go see them!

a huge SHOUT OUT to Joseph Whitaker and a big thank you for helping me with a big purchase on my own. not only did he go over and beyond but he took the time to actually explain the pros and cons. i appreciate that. i’m referring everybody to him i come across that need a vehicle. A+ Hyundai couldn’t be more satisfied :). also the guy at the service desk, i apologize, i can’t remember his name but he gave great advice as well. thank you Hyundai team ;)

We have had nothing but EXCELLENT service from Allen Samuels Hyundai.. We were just in this week for my final free service. There was a problem with their computer saying we no longer had free service. Well my Tuscon hybrid had less 29,000 miles and won't be 3 until the 22nd, so Brandon Gray, the General Manager performed his magic and got the job done.
I am having a sensor issue stating to refill inverter coolant. Blake, one of the new customer service reps took full interest and Julia, another new rep, made us an appointment to get it taken care of. Again Brandon is taking care to make sure the part will be on hand at the time of our appointment next week. The software will also be updated if necessary.
I love my vehicle and it's been nothing but a pleasure working with these employees and the General Manager.
Thank you for your amazing interest and assistance Brandon. Looking forward to continuing our service with Allen Samuels Hyundai and your staff.

I purchased a 2024 limited Hyundai Elantra there and I had no problems with the purchase process my occurred when I was scheduled for the free oil change and tire rotation. A few days before I was scheduled I was out of state and picked up something in my drivers side back tire and I let having to put air in it then the day of service I had a heart attack and was admitted to the hospital and my son took my car for me the paper work clearly states that tires where all checked and rotated and pressure adjusted my son took my car strait from the dealership to the hospital and parked it as he was leaving back out for military that next am so when I was discharged from the hospital 2 days later I got to my car and guess who had a almost flat driver back tire!!! So the tech lied about rotating my tires and checking the pressure and adjusting it because I myself had tried to check the psi in all tires on the trip and it recommended front tires have more psi than back tires so I let some psi out of back passenger tire to match the low tire on the back driver side and tried to put more air in the front two tires to 34psi like it recommended and got like 37 and 36 and when I was able to drive my car home the exact same pressure was on each tire just as I had filled it myself so what else did he lie about or not check?? I bought the brand new car with the warranty and promise of 3 yrs maintained from dealership and didn’t even get the tires rotated or checked so what was the point of offering me that service if it’s not to be done and lied about on the paperwork? Seriously questioning my decision on my new car and warranty

I had an appointment on May 14th! I was there on time & waited forever. They did a lil change & i notified them that my check engine light had been coming on lately. After they serviced my car , i paid My balance & went about my day. A couple weeks my ignition started jumping & my car was turning off. I took My vehicle back up there, but they couldn’t get me in right away & wanted me to leave my car & at the time i couldn't do. So i took my car somewhere else & got service. My coils were bad, needed new spark plugs & an oil change. But what confused me is these people kept my car for hours & had me waiting for hours, thinking i was Getting service & WAS NOT! I do NOT recommend. Don’t waste your money or time!
