Great experience while shopping for a vehicle. Calvin Harvey made the process seamless and he created an enjoyable space during the purchase process. He was also extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle I bought. They have amazing cars for sale and have a welcoming environment.

Purchased 2024 Hyundai Tucson a couple months ago. Would like to recognize my salesman Nathan. Had a great experience buying from him. Very friendly great customer service calls from time to time to see how I’m liking my new car to see if I have any questions on it. I’ve got around 900 miles on it. I love this vehicle and have to say dealership needs to recognize what a great salesman Nate is. Thank you for my great experience buying from you. God Bless you! Highly recommend this salesman when buying your new vehicle.

Service department is garbage they have had my truck for 3 weeks for 2 recalls and an oil leak still not fixed. I do not recommend

Joseph Whitaker was a great salesman in helping me find this car and did a great job working with me to get my payments right where I wanted. Was very helpful and had the answers to all my questions without any sense of urgency. Made me feel comfortable with our business that day. Will definitely be back

I have had a truck there since February 8th for a recall. I have yet to get it back. We scheduled with the service dept to minimize down time after they began on repairs they said were waiting on some parts. We have missed the most demanding part of our season without this truck and we haven’t been offered a replacement or rental to make up for its absence. Since February 8. Can’t make this up. Very frustrating.

I bought a used Prius from the team at Allen Samuels Jackson and they were all very accommodating! Especially since the purchase was done remotely and I wanted the car shipped to me. My salesperson, Tina, was really great; She answered any question/request (which were considerable since I couldn't purchase in person) and always pointed me to the right people. I was nervous about sending my deposit, but the finance team worked to make me fell comfortable. I'll trust Allen Samuels for my next remote car purchase!

THEIR "SERVICE TEAM AT CHRYSLER" NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE! I CAN LITERALLY BE WAITING 45 MINUTES ON THE PHONE AND NO ONE PICKS UP. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY DON'T WANT TO TO THIER JOB, IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB LEAVE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, ONLY ONCE HAVE THEY ANSWERED AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND THIER EXCUSE WAS THAT THEY WERE SHOPPING FOR PARTS???
5/31 SAME STORY! IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES! WHAT IS GOING ON?????????????

I went 6 years without a car payment so when it came time to purchase a vehicle I was very hesitant. Mr. Calvin Harvey listened to my concerns and asked the necessary questions which made me feel heard. This put my anxiety at ease and I was able to comfortably make a purchase without feeling pressured or pushed. I am happy with my purchase and would like to thank Mr. Harvey for making the process very easy.

Jd in the service department was very rude rushed on taken my car in and when he called about my car he got mad because when i asked him if they checked out the main thing i brought my car in for he got mad and hung up on me the next day i talked with his manager and he said he would take care of everything and have the main issue i was having looked at that was on a fri it wasn't till wed when jd who i had asked to not deal with any more called me and told me my warranty wasn't gonna cover a 5 hour $700 diagnosis for my rear end so i told him i would just come pick up my truck and when i get there jd tells me its $311 for the diagnostic that they only plugged in a scan tool and put my car on the lift and rotated the wheels something that maybe took a hour and so i paid the 311 got my recipe to find i was charged for 2 diagnostics even tho it was only one diagnostic. Thats crazy dont go get any service done here cuz jd runs the service department and must get comission or something for screwing people over
