I wish I could give this zero stars. It should be made a point to tell customers that there is no requirement for pick up at access points that are not a ups store. I paid extra to make sure that my important package was delivered today. I tried to track it and it told me that ups did not have the package. I called this Advance Auto and they told me it's still sitting there and that ups is supposed to pick up twice a day. I called a ups store and they told me that there is no requirement for drivers to stop at this type of access point. So now I would like to use a different service because I paid for my package to be delivered in two days and it's ridiculous it hasn't even been picked up. But there is no requirement so I will not get any type of refund and there isn't even any one to bring my complaint to since it is not a requirement. To say I'm not happy is an understatement. People should be made aware of this. I will not ship with ups again.
