“I placed an order recently which was received in just a few days. One large mistake in the order however, I was billed for correct part SKU: 99702000 (Bike Side 4’ Harness w/black and white plug for $44.99) but received SKU: 99701000 (Bide Side 6” Pigtail for $19.99).Can't seem to get anyone to return my call or respond to an email. Tried to call and leave a message today but the mailbox is full.I have heard great things about the support and the motorcycle trailers. Those stellar comments steered me toward purchasing a used Turbo+2 that I can't wait to start pulling behind my Goldwing! I really hope we can get this corrected soon.Update Sept 12, 2023:I reached out to another number listed under the contact section and was able to get everything corrected! They drop shipped the correct part and I received it within the week! They explained that there had been some changes within the group because of a recent retirement which likely caused the mix up. I asked if they wanted me to send the pigtail back and he said to keep it for the frustration.Although it took some time due to a separate issue with the sub-harness which was corrected by reaching out to Electrical Connection directly, I am very happy with the outcome and the immediate help once I got someone on the phone! The Pigtail keep also helped with the troubleshooting.The trailer is awesome, and we are looking forward to our trip this week. When or if it ever comes time to upgrade, I will be reaching out again!”
