Been using Terry's of Jacksboro for awhile. I love the staff. They are always so courteous, helpful, and warm. They are very good at calling when I have meds ready. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

So....... my husband took both covid shots at Terry's pharmacy during the months of march and April of 2021 fast forward to January of 2022 pharmacy in Indiana calls to verify they tell them they only have record of only 1 shot soooo how safe and reliable is thus pharmacy to use??? Luckily we have his card just didn't have it with us at the time needed.**UPDATE** Rissa personally resolved the situation in a timely manner.

I was out of my medicine and I was gonna be there like 5 minutes after they closed and they wouldn’t work with me and stay open! So I have to wait until Monday to get my medicine! They were rude about it and they don’t care about the people! I’m changing pharmacies asap!!!

Omg, gross pharmacist was chewing on his nails or cuticles!! Ew a doctor!! While working and talking on the phone! Didn't wash his hands either! This is the man handling your prescriptions! I had been waiting to talk to him but I was so grossed out at the thought he might touch my bag or bottle. They are the only place in town that makes compounds, but next time I'll go to Knoxville!

My dr called in a couple of prescriptions to be filled. Went in to pickup waited about 15 minutes. Asked if it they were ready. No working on them. I waited another 15 minutes. Still not ready. A lady walks in and obviously she was a VIP because she handed them her RX and it was filled while I still waited. And they could not be any nicer to this lady. No I will never give them a penny of my money. Be sure to take care of all your VIPs first....no matter what. I wasn’t at the pharmacy because I felt good. Obviously I was sick and needed my meds or I would not have been there. ?

I love the people at this pharmacy...I was an opiate addict for 25 years and finally decided to get help and they are so respectful and sweet to me even though I am taking Suboxone, which is a medication to treat opiate addiction. They all have ALWAYS made me feel welcome and have always treated me like a person not a junkie...thank you all. It means more than you will ever know ??????

Awesome staff and awesome place! Nichole Ford if the bathroom is behind the pharmacy the state does not allow the public to access the bathroom. If that was not the case I am sure they would have let you use it. =)
