We have used Precision three separate instances now over the last two years. Once for a window motor, again for a water pump, and again for a tune-up. They have been straightforward, honest, and easy to deal with every time. Got us back on the road in a couple days every time. I hope we never need a mechanic again but when we do, I'll be calling Jack at Precision Auto. ?

While on a trip from Alabama to London, KY. Had a spark plug blow out of the head on a Ford truck. Jack and his team were very accommodating and done the repairs quickly and for a fair price. I would recommend them for any kind of auto repair.

Jack and crew are amazing! Thank you so much! My son and I broke down on our way back to Michigan and they took great care of us. Went right to fixing our car and getting us back on the road. Even coming in on the weekend and working through a snowstorm. Great work at a great price. Highly recommend!

Really was tired of getting ripped off by other mechanics. Jack really surprised me with his prices and great attitude even after a bad first encounter with him (was tore up cause my car was in awful shape) which he let me know was a very simple & easy fix. 10/10Services: General repairs & maintenance

We were in a bad predicament towing a wrecked car back to Michigan and blew a belt on our truck. Pickle was amazing!!! Got right on it and had it repaired in minutes!
