My car was damaged from a large semi truck tire shred (gator) in October 2022. I took it to Kitts for repairs, unfortunately due to unavailable parts, it took awhile to get the parts that was needed. I was getting very impatient. Eddie worked with me and was very patient with me ( I can be a handful when it comes to my stuff), he assured me that my car will be perfect once we got the parts. Well, it's June 2023, I was able to finally get my car in and repaired. Eddie was right! It was perfect!!! Thank you Eddie, Donnie, and all his crew! All of you were great and easy to work and talk with!!! Kitts paint and body shop is highly recommended by this girl!!!!

Kitts saved our trip! We were driving through on our Spring Break roadtrip and someone hit our car in a parking lot. The bumper was half hanging off our Expedition and we couldn’t continue forward on our trip. I called Kitts on a Saturday to see if they could help us reattach the bumper. Encouragingly they invited us in to take a look and got us back on the road in no time. These guys really know what they’re doing!!Smart, professional and extremely courteous.Ask for Donnie!

Don't use this place! Had my system and many other things stolen out of my car from this place. And the owner tried to get me to lie to my insurance company about a tow bill. This place is super Shady and I completely saw that when I tried to use them as a shop. They deserve zero stars in my opinion
