Dr. Babble is amazing, I have taken my poodles to her and she was so good with my dogs. That is the only reason why I rated it a five. the other vet that is there absolutely the worst, we have a small mini poo and she first told me my dog needed classes bc she was vicious ? and seem like she never got held. The only reason why I didn’t say anything was because she was already going to give my puppy a shot I felt like telling her I stay at home with her all day she sits on my lap, so that is not the problem. The problem is she senses your negative energy and your hatefulness. She was awful so make sure if you go you request Dr. Babble because the other vet sucked really bad. She’s really strange person.I couldn’t wait to leave that room.

Upon walking in we were immediately given the worst look by the lady at the front desk. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them the whole time. I will never bring my dogs there again.

The vet is horrible with puppies. If they get fussy when she thinks she has to blindfold them she throws syringes down on the table and real snarky says you need to learn to control your pup. I left and went to a different vet and they love my puppy and he is as calm as can be with them and they say they wish they had him as their own. My puppy loves them and isn't a nervous wreck anymore best move I made.

They keep selling me flea medicine for dogs that doesn't work it makes me sad paying $25-30+ for something that doesn't work I'll try tractor supply or Petsence next time pay a bigger price for something they keep locked up guaranteed to work

They were friendly and knowledgeable but the place was lacking. They had 2 dirty cats walking all over the front desk and the place just seemed dated and lacking funds for any improvements. Also surprisingly expensive for first time animal shots. Overall the whole place needed a good clean and better organization. I'll go back for convenience but if I had another close option I would choose it instead.

Super pleased with the professionalism and service of the vet techs and vet dr today. They were quick in and out, empathetic to my concerns for my cat, and responsive the way I would expect a vet to be if you bring an animal in thats having seizure like behaviors. They acknowledged budget without compromising the visit, they gave me real answers and explanations. If you’re looking for a new vets office to switch to I recommend them highly.

i want to thank the lady who answered the phone when I called on a snowy, cold day in January when we were visiting the Jacksboro area and needed some help for our dog. The Jacksboro clinic was not open, but she took her time to call another area vet and put us in touch with someone who could help us. I'm so sorry I can't remember the lady's name, but....TYSM!!! Above and beyond!

We needed efficient, yet inexpensive help, for our Pug, Snuggles, who has both violent tendencies, and had an ingrown toenail. While other places in Knoxville were quoting us fees for their services between $200 and $500, this place, who knew and remembered our dog from when my late mother-in-law had brought her there, got us in that day, and trimmed all her nails, treated her wound, and gave us prescriptions for her antibiotics and a pain med, plus her rabies jab, for a total, including tax, of $96. You literally can't beat that, and she is doing well now, without us having to miss paying bills to have done it. We are so grateful to the kind staff and vet who treated our Snuggles.
