Sometimes Long lines . Maybe a drive up window ? Or call ahead orders? Don't blame the workers but there must be a better system ." A dog is only as smart as its master !"

Ashley was more than helpful. Our PCP for our family of 6, made a mistake and sent prescriptions to Huntingdon, Jackson Walgreens and Milan. She called and got some transferred and asked them to get them ready ASAP at the other location. She was very helpful and I could tell she cared. I wanted to give her a good review but we did not get a receipt because of the zero balance. Just wanted to say Thank you Ashley! We appreciate all you do.

Trying to find a home Covid test. I remember why I quit using them long ago. Rude and a bad attitude. Support your local pharmacy.

Pharmacy failed to bill my Insurance for a very expensive medication. I first called insurance company to check my coverage and was told that pharmacy never even billed my insurance at all. I called pharmacy and asked them to bill my insurance as their price for the Rx was double what I was supposed to pay, and a very RUDE pharmacy associate stated that if I expected them to bill my insurance it was my responsibility to provide insurance info which she said they did not have. I stated that I have been getting Rx filled there for years, most recently just last week, and they have always had my insurance info. The RUDE associate got very agitated and kept stating that she needed a bin number. I told her that I wasn’t sure what she was talking about as it was very difficult to hear and discern what she was saying, and she became even more hostile. This is the most incompetent and unprofessional bunch I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Whenever it becomes necessary to ask questions or anything else above or beyond the norm, you get annoyance and hostility. They act as if they do not want to be bothered, however i thought that is why they are there. I will NEVER do business there again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone, ever!!!!

Rarely have your medicine in stock, even when you call it in a week in advance. When you ask them about this, they just say... I don't know who took the messages off the phone that day or what anyone else does, I can only help you for when I work.

Nice store and decent prices. Not bad for a smaller Walmart.

I had the saddest experience with one of the pharmacists today, not the cashiers, who are always kind. She has long straight dark hair, caucasian, young. She was insensitive and hard to understand my situation. I do not know her name but I may find out and report it. I am a senior, I have had two heart attacks, had bypass surgery, valve replacement and I have a pacemaker. My social security income is low but my life depends on my meds. My prescription drug insurance had just expired and had to pay more than double for one of my meds yesterday afternoon. Right after my med was purchased with a credit card because of the price, I got via Fedex from my doctor's office free medicine until I am able to get my insurance again. I was happy I got the med I had just run out of for free. Immediately, I asked my son to return the unopened package with the med I had just paid to the Walmart pharmacy. I know people return unopened meds all the time in other places as well. But this lady, the pharmacist opened the package and the bottle and said she could not take it back even when she saw that the package had been perfectly closed. My point is the way she handled the situation was not how a professional who deals with people's health needs should do it. I believe pharmacists should be empathetic, understabding, at least kind to the customer who is there with health needs. Not cold and hard. The cashiers had more sensitive hearts. I hope Walmart pharmacy considers this when they hire pharmacists in the future. It seems that this young lady did not wanr to understand why I needed to return a perfectly sealed unopened package because someone else had compassion and sent me free medication until I got insurance again. She said she was the only one who could decide about thos situation wgen asked if we could talk about our request to a supervisor. My family and I forgive her but we thought Walmart pharmacy should know it is important to train pharmacists like her.
