Tim was AMAZING! He helped us switch from our previous home owners insurance company that we weren't happy with to Maddox.We're currently living in another state while we prepare to move to Tennessee and Tim went above and beyond to help us with the house.He came highly recommended and I can tell you we feel the same way! I was involved in an accident with one of their clients where I was rear ended by their client and I picked up my check at their office a check that I couldn’t get cash even at the issuing bank. I call their office explaining that no one would cash the check and was told that there was nothing they could do about the check. They gave me the check the man that rear ended me said they were his insurance company.So now I’m looking into filing a complaint with the Department of Commerce & Insurance out of Nashville Tennessee.and filling a silver suit at Carroll county court house.I refuse to just let it go and settle for a check that want cash.
