Very unprofessional. I was suppose to have a gazebo delivered today and was told it was a failed delivery. I knew ahead of time they wouldn’t be able to pull an 18wheeler into my drive way. I called and informed them this morning they would need to pull into the gravel lot 2 houses down from me and I would get it unloaded with a forklift, and made sure they had mine and my husbands number. Regardless of what the driver thought of my driveway, I should’ve been informed of the “delivery attempt”. Regardless of that, I was suppose to receive a call 30 minutes prior to the package being delivered anyways. I never received one phone call, nor did my husband. If I wouldn’t have checked the delivery status and called XPO myself, the man helping me unload the package and myself would’ve sat here waiting until 8pm. When I did call the driver was too close to the terminal to deliver my package today and was told if I could unload it myself then I might be able to have it delivered Monday. That is absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional. The next heavy item I purchase, I will make sure they do NOT use XPO for shipping.

I would give negative stars if I would. I am a local bussiness that used there service and they damaged 1299.00 of goods. Put a fork lift through center of door. I keep having claim denied. It is terrible service and claims when they cost us over 2k when sent the replacement

Called ahead of time for pick up an Item shipped with them. Very Friendly Folks to work with. Very helpful getting item loaded on my trailer. It was even raining and the forklift driver did an outstanding job. I would recommend XPO everytime!!! Thanks for Your Courtesy and Help. Oh also forgot to mention there was no damage to this item that traveled over 1000 miles and it was unloaded and reloaded multiple times on its way. Great Job for that also!!! Item was an ARB front winch bumper bolted on a wood pallet covered only with cardboard over the pallet. I was skeptical about what it was going to look like. This company took great care of it the whole way here!!!

I ordered a large item that had to be delivered by freight. A semi can't get into where I live so they allowed me to pick it up at the terminal. Excellent customer service! Very professional but also very personable as well. My experience with them was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Payed to have our wood stove delivered to our house. 4 weeks of delays calls to tractor supply and we ended up driving 2 hours to pick up ourselves!?
