I was in Verizon the other day to ask about WIFI in my area since I already have home phone service with Verizon. Josh was the only one working and is very helpful, great attitude and sense of humor. Last year when I moved to Humboldt TN, WiFi was not available in my neighborhood. He did some checking, calling customer service and even though they still don’t have any thing available in my neighborhood, he went above and beyond looking up local WIFI services in my area to contact since I’m not happy with TMobile. I advised him if Verizon ever covers my area for internet, I’ll be going with them. Great employee at Verizon on N. Central Ave, Humboldt, TN. Josh was also helpful since I’m an older lady and using a walker (bad knees)…helping me get in and out of the door….this guy deserves a raise ?

Beth was super helpful and had a good vibe. I picked up my upgraded phone from the store location.However, when I revisited the store couple of days after due to some issues, not sure the name of the manager (lady) and the guy at the store were not at all in any spirit to help not just me but other elderly customers coming in during my 1 hour wait inside the store. Would not recommend third party retailers anymore based off of this experience.

Horrible customer service. They only want to make money and rip people off. I didn’t receive a SIM card with my device. I was told over the phone I could pick one up in store the manager Amber would not honor it. She only wants money and provides no customer service. Trying to charge customers for something that was supposed to be included free. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this location. Save money and receive better service at the Jackson location. Small town scammers is what this place is.

Amber was absolutely AMAZING ? she went above and beyond to provide us with the BEST customer service and experience. She made the transition from AT&T to Verizon effortless. I will most definitely be doing all of my business with her from now on. And not to mention, she even text me later that evening to check and see if I had any questions. She is a true asset to this company!
