“Called ahead of time for pick up an Item shipped with them. Very Friendly Folks to work with. Very helpful getting item loaded on my trailer. It was even raining and the forklift driver did an outstanding job. I would recommend XPO everytime!!! Thanks for Your Courtesy and Help. Oh also forgot to mention there was no damage to this item that traveled over 1000 miles and it was unloaded and reloaded multiple times on its way. Great Job for that also!!! Item was an ARB front winch bumper bolted on a wood pallet covered only with cardboard over the pallet. I was skeptical about what it was going to look like. This company took great care of it the whole way here!!!”
