“I am most definitely rating specifically Matt Chapman 5 stars and if I could rate him more I would !!!!! I was on my way going down the highway ( ON A FLAT TIRE ) trying to make it to a mechanic shop when my tire fell off and rolled into a ditch. I couldn’t do anything but pull over crying my behind off. I called 911 trying to get someone to help me when Matt ended up coming right behind me perfect timing. I didn’t know what to do and he asked me if I had a spare tire ( KEEP IN MIND IT WAS FREEZING THAT DAY ) he told me to stay in the car where it’s warm and he gotten my spare out and put it on for me !!! Nicest person ever !!! I thank him so much and the least I can do is leave them a 5 star rating . Thanks so much again may god bless you.”

“My daughter had a wreck and her car was towed by Privitts. I needed to clear it out. The damage hindered us from getting into the trunk. They worked to get me access to the trunk. Also her stroller was accidently put in a witness vehicle. They contacted Privitts who got them in contact with my daughter to get her stroller back. I would recommend this business, and I will use again.”
