Never have receipt paper at pumps and now card reader not working last several times I been, only live half mile but I avoid this Shell except for lawn mower fuel but now I guess I go another half mile down road for mower fuel.

Just filled gas this morning second pump from the wash bay standing next to the pump and it didn't even shut off I had gas all over my car and on the ground I've had problems since I moved here back in August of 2023 that's the worst gas station ever the pumps need to be replaced

Required to buy something if you need to use their restroom, which is in the middle of nowhere. Notified corporate office.

Phone Order a pizza for pick up and was told 15 mins and it would be ready. Went to store 15 mins later and they hadn't even started the order. Offered me slices that were in the case which were not the kind I had ordered. Didn't even offer to make my pizza then. Awful service.

The bell at the drive thru doesn't work so you might be helped or you might sit there for 15 minutes. Never know. I had to call them and ask them to help me at the drive thru. ??
