I mov d to Humboldt in Feb of 2021. Started cashing my check here and got friendly with everyone at the store. I like them so much when the chance to work her presented itself I jumped on it. Now I'm an employee here and a coustomer. Great friendly environment and the coustomer is out number 1 always. the selection we have will blow your mind. I have never see a liquor store with so many choices. we care what out coustomers want and are willing to go above and beyond to help them get what they want. if we don't have it(which is very rare) we will do what we can to get it for you. I encourage everyone to visit Robert's for all your party needs.

I would recommend this store. The store owner is very courteous and professional especially when handling customer service disputes. I also like the professional manner of most of her employees. Plus they ALWAYS have what I need in stock. Also I accidentally left my keys at their store and whomever answered the telephone was very professional and returned my keys to me with no hassle whatsoever. I think Roberts Package Store and Party Shop is a wonderful business.

Poor customer service. Rude woman that was very sarcastic. I have done business here for over 12 years but never had to deal with EVERY employee it seemed like coming to the window to tell me they couldn't sell to my husband because I forgot my ID. Moffits seems like a much more friendlier place to do my business from now on. Thanks to the previous employees at your establishment who have always treated your customers kindly and like everyone was family. Sure do miss them. Btw... ma'am bless you too.
