“Leaving this review because I am so appreciative of their customer service. Noticed some damage to my back driver side door after getting new tires put on and an alignment. They found on camera when the damage happened and took care of the repair. They referred me to a great auto repair shop as well! Thankful they were honest. My husband has already been back since this incident took place and we will continue to give them our service.”

“I come here to get my oil changed. It's just $35 and takes about 30 minutes. It's only that long because honestly it's not that many workers here. I only remember seeing like 2 females and like 3 males but they switch out to where its really just 2 people on the floor. I think if were more hands-on deck, it would be quicker. But they always do a PERFECT job. When you come here, you'd just simply have to have a little patience. You can shop around a little and they send a message to your phone to let you know your car is done. Very neat! ?”

“The tire pressure light came on in my vehicle and typically when this happens I’ve got something stuck in one that needs to be fixed. I tried 2 other places before calling Rod’s who said they could check it out for me without it being hours before they could get to it. They were up front with cost if they needed to patch a tire. After inspecting all of them, the technician found that just all of my tires pressure was low and they aired them up and I was good to go. They did not even charge me! They were super nice and professional!”

“I took my car to the location it was purchased (I know, I know) for a noise in the front end that you could also feel in the steering wheel. They wanted over $450 for a flex coupling in the steering column. They told me the part itself wasn’t expensive, just the labor to get to it was. I have taken my previous cars to KB’s and have always been treated well. Never had the feeling that they were trying to pull one over on me or anything. I took this vehicle to them for the repair (expecting a similar cost).
A pinch bolt was loose.
They tightened it and CHARGED ME NOTHING.
This!!!! This is why I won’t go anywhere else.”

“My experience was superb! They got me in right away. Everyone was friendly. They found that my oil pan was stripped, so they ordered me a new oil pan bolt and had it delivered from AutoZone. They didn’t charge me for the part and they completed the oil change promptly. The oil change price was very reasonable (around $62) and they did a great job. I highly recommend and I will be back!”
