been here for a year and love the place. always get an amazing workout in, nice people. easy to be comfortable at and glad this is the gym i started working out at. ?

Showed up twice to try to sign up. No staff in sight. Wandered around both times for about 10 minutes. I called multiple times during "business hours" left a message. Never got a call back. Left them a message on their site, never heard back. It seems like a pretty chill gym. Unfortunately, it's incredibly difficult to get signed up apparently.I have called and left a message. I have also messaged on your site.

Absolutely love this gym!! Super friendly staff and owners, delicious protein shakes, fantastic loaded teas, and a great selection of equipment! Definitely recommend!!!

This establishment is a 5 minute drive, good location. The equipment is somewhat out of date but functional. However I still got a good workout. I didn’t want to drive to Jackson to Planet Fitness.

My husband and I were incredibly impressed with this gym. We travel across the nation and having trained in countless gyms, this facility was a definite gem to find. Love the old school gym feel, especially with the York Barbell weights,,plate loaded machines, and dumbbells surpassing 100 pounds. Kudos to the owners of this gym!

This place is Great!!! There's lots of equipment to use, and plenty of room to work out with very little hassle. The machines are clean, the entire place is kept pristine, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Not to mention the yummilicious drink options they have at very reasonable prices. ? There's also tanning beds you can use! Plus, membership is really affordable!! This place makes me happy! Yay!
