Needed to fill out a 1040-X, Amended form because my employer had made corrections on my W2 called and was looking for help at this location. The same place that did my taxes in February. I called and the lady acted like I done committed fraud. They said they wasn't able to help me walk through the process as if I was an inconvenience to them that I asked for help. Felt like i was calling freaking Domino's and this was not the correct place to help me fill out this for. I never had to fill one out before and wanted to make sure I was doing it right. The Lady Brenda said that the office is not going to waste time helping me fill this out and that was it. Never knew a tax preparer place couldn't help out with this type of form is beyond me. After all they did take a big hunk of my refund with their fees

There was a lack of knowledge and expertise possessed by the tax professional. Also, they were not transparent or upfront about charges or fees.
