would have been nice if they did not hide that the car in there ad and the blue book price was wrong. had alot of options listed that the car does not have and was told it was a prius 4 even add said so // far from that it is a prius 2 big option and price difrence. they could have told me the truth then i got it home needs all 4 tires down to wear bars i though it was illegal to sale a car that is unsafe? i replyed to emails and told them the problem so far they not reach out to me to make it right. maby they scared it get out that the add they post are wrong. before you buy from them make sure you look up and see what your buying they wont tell you if the add was wrong and they sale unsafe cars to the public. dont trust the word of them they want the money and can care about after sales. and it was wrecked hard on right side not on kelly blue book some how went around that must have paid cash to fix it. they welded in a new in er fender support and both tierod ends and a arm. i blame myself for that one i should have got it looked at by toyota before i payed any money on it then i would have know what they was trying to do and walked away. good deal not so much. its ok i know i was told the truth them not so much. it was a red 2015 prius 2 not 4 i bought 3 days ago.

Purchased a flawless Used 2022 F250 from this dealership and Chandler and Brad were AMAZING! I had some hoops to jump through with getting my trade sold, and getting title work for my bank and their patience with me was remarkable! I've purchased 29 vehicles in my lifetime and this was Definitely one of the most impressive experiences I've ever had! 10/10

When looking at a vehicle, don't look at the pretty shell that covers the body, especially if it's a used vehicle. Get straight to the engine, drive it, get a 90 day warranty, not a 30 day. A car is like everything in life, it has a shell that can hide alot of the problems. Businesses are out for the mighty dollar, the Customers are out for a good used vehicle to get them to work, to get them anywhere they want to go, especially on vacation. Please understand having women and kids stranded for hours because their car broke down is what's wrong with the world. It would be different if someone had their car for a year or more, but not acceptable if you had the vehicle for 2-3 months. Right off the bat when a vehicle has left the lot and has an issue, you bet your bottom dollar it is going to get fixed. Then not a month or 2 later the vehicle breaks down again, .......it's the transmission. Who sells a vehicle that has transmission problems to a family who needs a vehicle. They end up paying for a shell until they can get the money to get the body fixed. Not acceptable, not at all! No matter how good the comments seemed to be, read them all.

I saw a truck I was interested in, put a deposit down. I was told by Chuck, finance, that they'd hold it for me. I've been trying to finalize everything with them, contacting them everyday. I'd sometimes have to call or text back to keep them on the ball. Today, had to call in since I didn't get a response from my text. They sold it to someone else. The worst part? I know the guy they sold it to. Doug, the general manager, sold it for less than what I was going to pay. Great for the other guy, bad for me and the dealership. Thank you for the great service Gene Langely Ford.

This dealership had a specific used Ford I was looking for (right combination of features, mileage, color, etc). So I called them from Ohio before driving down. They were willing to have a fair negotiation over the phone before I made the 8-hour drive. And during the drive down, they called with several good ideas on how to troubleshoot a few obstacles with the transaction to make it more seamless. And then the GM and finance manager stayed open an hour late to finish the deal with me so I could head back towards home.
In my 25 years of buying and selling cars, this was the fairest and most seamless transactions I’ve ever had. Great people.

My husband took his F150 Limited to several local Ford dealers. All told him he had to replace entire engine. Some even quoted a price but hiked it up several thousand when it came time to order. 14k for an engine. Gene Langley called him after he took it there and said it was just a bad oil pump. We'll be buying all of our vehicles from them alone because they were honest.

They done a great job fixing our 350 superduty. Has a nice selection of vehicles there. Talked with Mr. Langley and he was real nice to talk with. A little ways in distance from where I live but I have no problem making the drive there for good service.

Service manager said he couldn't rotate my tires because he couldn't get the lug nuts off. King Tire rotated my tires in 18 minutes!!
