“We were ready for a stop between Memphis and Nashville and took the exit where our choices were Arby's (we have them everywhere) and Dotties which is a diner/ Marathon Gas station/Marine and Boat store. So glad we chose Dotties. We ordered Cowboy burgers ($6.99)that have bacon cheese and an onion ring on them and a hot dog with cheese ($2.49) and also an order of Mozzarella Sticks ($3.89). The burgers and hot dog were all very very tasty and r remained steaming hot until the last bite. The Mozzarella sticks were thick and perfect. The staff is friendly and nice and there are about 8 tables to sit.”

“In a post Covid world it's hard to find good employees... I travel almost nonstop around the United States... These two guys at Arby's are probably the best employees that I have seen in a post pandemic world. They're tattooed and ear piercings to the hilt, yet they were smiling and laughing and talking and enjoying life... You could say they were so happy to have a job, to provide for their family... That he even mentioned his wife 3 times. Anyway I never leave reviews but these two employees were so extraordinary I just had to literally re-download this app to toast someone, whatever they're paid it's not enough. In a post pandemic world, Customer Service has literally gone to the floor... But in this little loves gas station at the Arby's it was a couple of unlikely World Class customer service employees I just had to honor, while stopping into a town I barley knew existed”

“When I had car troubles on 1-40 and was in need of assistance on a hot Saturday evening back in June, Zack Schopf was able to drive out to me and help me get back on the road again that night. I was passing through on a long road trip and had no one nearby that could help.I'm a AAA member, but they wouldn't have anyone out to tow my car for at least 3 hours (mind you it was 90+ degrees). Even then, all the garages in the area were either too busy or weren't open on Sunday, so the earliest I would've been able to get back on the road was Monday. Not only that, due to Covid, AAA wasn't letting people ride in the tow truck. There was no Uber or Lyft service in the area and no taxi service remotely close by. So they basically would've left me stranded for days over something that Zack was able to fix for me in under 30 minutes.If you happen to be stranded near this gas station and need a mechanic to give you roadside assistance, definitely call this station and ask if Zack can help you. He's a life saver!”
