Place is clean and the machines all work. The coin dispenser works. But 1 load of laundry is $10 between the washer and dryer - most expensive laundry I've ever been to and living full time in an RV I've been to a lot. Limited parking in front but more in the back if you can find your way there.

It usually smells. The bathroom is ?. If it's open. Most of the machines work, usually.....I know it's a laundry mat, and this does seem to be the standard, but they could do way better.
