Was able to get it filed after frustrating myself. We sold a property that was inherited and I was having problems with navigating TurboTax, Mary was able to take my frustration away and explain things along with one of her colleagues. Very grateful.

Only gave one star bc i have to! I have done my taxes here every year. This year the girl I spoke with was just the desk person and got smart with me and told me they couldn't do what they've always done (e file) for no specific reason, even looking at my past taxes. Plus they charge way too much!! I went to Hewlett and she had me done in no time with the max refund, with e-file, and no complaints. She was the sweetest. Her name is Racheal. Hand R block, get it together with your staff please.
