My visit with my bulldog seeking medical help should have been a lot more pleasant and definitely a shorter wait because at the time I was there I was the only individual with an animal waiting to be seen.
It got worse from there.

Dr. Duncan made a house call to assess one of my pigs. I enjoyed talking with her. She seems very knowledgeable and cares about the animals. Will definitely call them for future vet needs.

Since moving into the area a couple of years ago, we have not taken our dogs anywhere but Hohenwald Animal Hospital. They have always treated us and our four legged family members with care and respect. Their facility is well structured and staffed. It is tidy and clean. If it takes them a few trys to answer the phone, it's because they are taking the time necessary with their clients. Keep calling :)

Google really needs to allow less than one star! Used to be the best vet within 100 Miles. Used to be... Then, they Sell out to major corporations and now, they literally Do Not Care.. Not One Bit. Called for an emergency appointment and was told they could not see my dog for 8 days.... This is after calling for almost an
hour to 3 different numbers as they cannot apparently update their own website with the correct working number? Don't care ring a bell?
Emergency... not 8 days later... The staff that is left, is your typical does not care, not their problem! Very much like a check cashing store, There is one good person in the entire staff worth a cent, and unfortunately she was not present. Dr Duncan is the only positive thing about this place. Dr Megan Dunn does not care about anything, but not seeing people when she is working. Sad but fact. The front desk staff will talk to you any way they please as they know they don't have to care about the customers since they are now owned by an large unaccountable group of investors that only worry about the Dollar!
Dr Dunn, enjoy your corporate lifestyle because it will be over soon.
To the 13 year old little girl that answers the phone and acts like you are a gift from the almighty.... keep up your work, you will run off every customer you have very fast, which your boss Megan Dunn will be ecstatic about so she doesn't have to actually work.
Dr Duncan, I hope you get away from these folks, sad to imagine this office and what it has changed from in the past. Drive elsewhere, it will be worth it. Not only that, they won't get you in anyway! 15 years of business and I will happily never be back unless it is only for Dr Duncan, the rest are members of barnum and bailey's at best, just missing the noses and wigs! Thanks for showing your long standing customers support! Oh forgot, you don't care! Best part of the whole deal is, if I wanted to book online it shows availability before 8 days from now..... I Have used hohenwald animal hospital for everything from cattle to household pets, over a decade... Never left an unpaid invoice or asked anything out of the ordinary, yet this is the way they show appreciation! Thanks Team! They need to change the name to hohenwald animal service and billing center, definitely not a hospital!
