They never had my child's food and supplies on time , had to constantly call them and stay on top of them and ask where my stuff was ! And they discharged me over something I didn't even do and neglected to even tell me I was discharged , then blamed it on my gi doctor saying she was the one who called and discharged me when that was not true ! They had called her saying my son was discharged and I knew about it witch again was a lie ! I haven't had anything sent to me since March 29th ! So do not use them as your supplier.

Outstanding customer service from a company who truly cares about their customers. I have never had any issues with getting my enteral feeding supplies for my son and when my feeding pump stopped working they sent a technician out the very same day to replace it!

My experience at this place used to be very good until the last 3 months they act like they don't care that your child needs and depends on a certain type of formula that you cannot buy in any type of store my son has a very rare heart condition he's been on this formula since he was born and he's 4 now. He has ran out of milk 3 months in a row he will not take else not Pedialyte not PediaSure not even powdered milk that you make your own for feeding tubes that is vanilla flavored he knows his milk and that's all he'll drink that formula is what keeps muscles and fat on his body. His heart beats so fast that it burns calories which is hard for him to gain weight that is why he is on this type of formula. Last month we had this issue he was out for over a week and once again we're having this issue today is his 1st day being out of his milk. He's already fussing grabbing bottles trying to hand them to me so I can give him his milk I can't you know how that makes a mother feel when it's not even my fault. Cornerstone used to be very good at what they did but past few months they are not the same they have became ruder. some younger guy that works there he needs to find another job all the workers I believe that work there have no idea what US parents go through If only they can live a week in our shoes then maybe they would care to rush things on they could have found another supplier 2 weeks ago if they couldn't have gotten it that's what they done last month so why couldn't they do it this month before he ran out. And it's sad because they knew he was going to run out. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody and if the hospital tries to get them to be your supplier tell them no because cornerstone is not the same that it was 4 years ago they do have vans that they drive equipment to people's homes they've done it to us a couple times when they delivered my son's feeding machine and picked it back up when he got off of it but not once have they offered to deliver one box of milk to last until FedEx brings it. It's shameful it is so shameful that people do not have a heart to go out of the way for kids with issues and their parents and their parents. Even adults with issues. If they care more about getting home on time then actually helping kids and people out that need it then they need to find a job elsewhere cuz this isn't the job for them. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only parent that's gone through this actually I know I'm not I've talked to a couple parents that have been through them and no good has come out of it. All respect has been lost for this place if something happens to my son or he ends up in the hospital due to dehydration there will be something done about it. My kids mean the world to me they may not to y'all because they're not yours but special needs children has to have what they depend on. I'm sorry but I have never been so upset in my life because my child being without his formula can actually harm him. I hope you all have a great day and weekend. And when I said on your voicemail I don't wish this on nobody and I don't and wouldn't because this has been one of the hardest things of my life my life changed for years ago but because of the careless act y'all have shown I honestly wish later on down the road if one of y'all have a child that it has a issue like this so then maybe you would understand how it feels. But God does do things unexpectedly I hope you all think about this everyday of your life what you do to kids and how y'all can affect kids can even put them in the hospital due to dehydration from not being able to drink nothing but the thing they depend on. Some people need to be in the shoes to know how it feels and to care. People who live a normal life and have normal kids they don't worry about other things because their kids are fine but if y'all don't have a heart for other kids and get another job this

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT USE this company!!! Especially for feeding supplies! Every month i make sure to tell them we need g tube extensions, medical tape, plus ox sensors, and split gauze. These are the 4 that usually are left out. And continue to get left out. I order my supplies on the very first day i can order and since January when they switched distributors has been the absolute WORST! Nothing is on time, nothing is right, and they are only giving 15 feed bags and when you tell them they say "well just wash them out!" We are always running out of formula before the next is shipped. My last order i received was March 16th. It April 28th and we have been washing out bags for 3 weeks, out of formula for 3 weeks, and have no more g tube extensions! When i call weekly they tell me "its processing!" And when i contacted my insurance company they told my insurance " they are the middle man there's nothing they can do" and suggest we find another formula for now. Its to the point where they will not take your call, or call you back. This is unacceptable when this is your childs only way of survival.

If you are looking to get enternal feeding supplies this company is not it. Completely unreliable, it has been almost a month and I still hadn't recieved my daughter's feeding supplies. I had to call several times and even had to correct them twice because they hadn't made the correct changes to her order. When I would call for an update all I would get is it's processing and they act like it's a bother to reach out to the warehouse to see if they cam get an update. Not reliable for kiddos who rely solely on suppliers for their food. Don't waste your time.

This is the absolute WORST company. I would not recommend them to anyone. It’s taken 4 weeks to find out the don’t have a contract to even get my sons formula. The manager said she would call me back and couldn’t even do that. The person I talked to today should not even have a job in customer service. She is rude to me but when you’re rude back she hangs up. They have no idea what they are doin and can never give you a truthful answer.

Cornerstone Health Systems of Hohenwald TN damaged my property when their truck driver, Jeff, knocked over a cement square stone pillar because of his negligent driving - poor driving ability. They are attempting to drag things out and not have to pay for the pillar to be rebuilt. I attempted to send them an email, however they have refused my emails. See the photos.

We had a medical bed delivered this week, and both the office and rep who delivered and put it together were amazing. The order was just put in Tuesday afternoon this week, and by Wednesday morning they were in communication to arrange delivery. We had an issue with the original space needed, but the company was patient and understanding and we rescheduled the delivery for the following day with no trouble. Kevin was our service rep, and he was amazing and very kind! He worked hard and did a great job putting together our bed and showed us how to use it. Kevin is a value to this team for sure. I am very thankful for a great experience here.

The company is a medical supply company that ships our sons medical supplies to us each month. In December of 2023, the automated order did not ship. We called and checked with the company and they had not ordered our supplies. In fact, when we called the delivery company for the order we had placed earlier that month, we were informed that no such order had been placed. We actually had to call our insurance company and have them contact Cornerstone Health LLC. Then, the company sent us the incorrect supplies. They were finally able to ship us the correct supplies for my 3 month old, after misquoting when the supplies would arrive several times, to both us and the doctors at Vanderbilt. As the situation had been resolved, I elected to stay with the company another month since our orders should be automatic. My mistake. I called and made sure the new supplies were ordered on January 19th. I was quoted the 29th for the supplies to arrive. I confirmed several times that this was correct. However, on the 29th, no supplies arrived. After a long phone conversation, I was informed it was not their fault because, as drop shippers, they have no control over the factories. I was not notified of my son’s delayed supplies at all. I was also informed that the owner, Brenda, would follow up with me the morning of the 30th. She did not. I received a text message informing me that my order (which had been placed 10 days previously) was pending and had not even been placed. These supplies keep my son healthy. The lack of communication about medical supplies is egregious.

This company does not have a warehouse in state. They drop ship. They are not able to get you medical supplies in a timely manner due to this. Though it is not their fault when warehouses do not ship items, they do not call and inform you of delays. They also don't stock anything (drop shippers) and can not get supplies quickly, even when you have a prescribed monthly order.

Cornerstone was fantastic to work with. Brought the equipment, set-up it up and were there same day after we requested pick-up. Were very empathetic towards the situation we were in and very professional.

Dont know who drives the van with all your advertisements on it but they are very rude drivers, following them today on hwy 64 east between Selmer Tn and Adamsville Tn doing 55 inna 65 mph zone everytime i would attemt to pass them they would speed up to 70 then when I got back behind them they would slow back down. Tag # 601. 26 TN tag

Do not use!! Got referred to them by the hospital and they did not let me know they were not in network until after 2 months which was very fishy to me. We were told that they were. Also would send toooo much product at times.
Very dishonest company and employees. If they say they will come pick your equipment up as a courtesy decline the offer and return in person. Somehow they never got the equipment A employee picked up and now charging me. SCAM
