S***** company, S***** customer service and HORRIBLE untrained employees. nobody wants to help you, nobody wants to pull the agreements, they make new employees help you and managers seem to get annoyed when they have to help or if you say you have a problem. watched one lady roll her eyes at a customer and cop an attitude. charged me almost $400 for one month of service when i was told it would be $45 a month. they never wanted to fix it, customer service will transfer you till you get hung up on. don’t trust these people, they will throw you into debt and not help you.

Xfinity in Hixson is the worst place I’ve ever dealt with for Customer service. I’ve had two phones stolen that I traded in for $700 on each phone and they never applied it to my bill. It’s going to five months and still from calling Xfinity corporate to going into the store over 20 times still issued not resolved. This company sucks. I wish I was negative. Delete her review I don’t give a negative hundred.Never had a problem like this before then with a Xfinity Mobile for five months it’s the most horrible experience I’ve ever had now I’m trying to find out if I can turn the phones in and just be done with them I’m gonna be filing a lawsuit against them because of the money I’m lost on my time. Oh my gosh running back-and-forth trying to get this stuff resolved, I’ve spent over seven hours in five months trying to resolve these issues still nothing

I'm giving them a one because I had a line added on 7/25/23, an was charged with in 2 days. Then I brought my own phone, a chip was put in now the phone isn't compatible so now I've lost my number. Nowwww they offered to help save me money on the internet bill but didn't tell me they disconnected my streaming box. I've never had to call Comcast this much. Nowwww they want me to pay 15.00 to reconnect the box..they suck!

Got the service yesterday and canceled today. They have a cap On the internet, they tell you get one gig. But when you get to that point, it slows way down. And try to charge you a $100 for a technician to come to your house. That's a little extreme when I can go to EPB fiber optics No cap on internet and and only pay thirty dollars for technician, or if it's their internet problem, technicians are free,

Y’all have charged me an overage of $1350 in 18 months due to the fact I had to drop your cable service and move in with me mom because my step dad died of Covid. $25 per line, 3 lines x 18 months = $1350.
