Careful about the staff here. I literally watched an employee leave the restroom (after using it) and did NOT wash her hands. I can only imagine what she touched! Yikes!

The pump malfunctioned and max charged my card without allowing me to pump gas. It said to go inside and get my receipt. I went in and explained the situation, and the young man had to call his manger over. She told me that it was the computer so it wasn't their problem. I told her I just needed proof I was there that day she told me too bad. At this point the young man takes back over and goes with me to see if we can get the issue resolved. While we did this an update came through from my bank saying weigels had canceled the charge so all was resolved. The young man was amazing and should be rewarded but the woman who was in charge needs to change professions.

Was nice when first opened and now the staff don’t care so it’s gone down hill fast. The soda machine is always missing flavors. Don’t recommend.

I really love Wiegels, but this one lacks in customer service. Last time, they were out of batter for the chicken sandwiches [fair enough], and today they simply didn't have any made ... which is not good bc it is a special. So the guy takes chicken off the warmer and makes the sandwiches ... chicken wasn't fresh. Then I sit there and watch the young man with long hair at the register texting away on his phone. Please, for all that is right in this world, put your phone down when customers are present. Customers are your business ... not your friends while on the clock. I will be returning all my business to the Shallowford/153 store where they treat their customers right.

Stopped in after a LONG day at work (out of town)and was so thirsty. They have a huge sign stating $1 fountain drinks so I'm like well I finally caught a break. I had one dollar and some change. Get to the register and it rings up $2,17. I asked the girl about the sign. She says "you got a card". Meaning loyalty card I figured out. I said no we don't have Weigels where I live. She says then it's 2.17. Surprised she wouldn't offer a card or a one time discount I just paid twice the advertised price..As I'm walking out the door the other cashier says "hey you want a card" as she's holding one in the air.. No, no...I won't be back to a Weigels

I go out of my way to come to Weigles. If you haven't tried their chicken BBQ pizza you're missing out. They cook it to order too so it's fresh and hot. Delicious! I love how big the outside is, lots of gas pumps. They stay busy a lot but it's a quick flow of people, they come and they go. They have a nice selection of snacks and drinks inside and they keep their bathrooms ultra clean! Weigles is ny favorite place! Don't forget to get a weigles card too! You earn points and rewards

I have been stopping at this location for many months on a daily basis to get gas and a Coke Zero. For about 10 weeks in a row now, they have been out of Coke Zero. They have even gone so far as to use a label maker to make a sign for the fountain stating it is out of order. When I asked then what the problem is they tell me they are just out of stock. So how can they constantly be out of stock on a popular drink all the time? So I have had to change my morning stopping place and that's just too bad because I liked the store. Get your stuff together before you lose more customers.

Purely the best customer service given by Wyletta the Mgr from the kitchen area. As I travel, sometimes I'm not there but every other month and she still remembered exactly how I wanted a special order pizza. Attention to detail is everything! Give that lady some paper with a raise! She's keeping people coming back!

Bought a bag of chips from them yesterday and when I opened it, they were stale I saved the bag of chips and came back the next morning to exchange them as I purchased them from this gas station and the manager told me that she could not take my chips back without a receipt which I argued who keeps receipts on snacks they purchase, and she refused to do anything about it horrible service, and rude management
