Just go to the the one in Red Bank this location has lazy and rude reps. Went in with my mom to help get my parents new phones. The rep didn't even want to look at my dad phone because it was a flip phone and kept trying to get us to go to his buddy to fix it. On top of that he didn't even try to help my mom find a new phone he just rushed us out the door after dealing with my dad flip phone. He also complained about my "generation" to my face the entire time he was helping my mom saying we're lazy and too dependent on our phones. Over all it was a horrible experience because of this location specifically. We went to the Red Bank location and were helped with the best service so go there instead.

I had insurance on my phones. I took one not working properly TO THE STORE and the did it wrong and cost me $275. I'm now looking for a different carrier.

I have worked retail and Brian suffers what we call selective tunnel vision. There were three of us and this girl walked in and decided to stand closer to the middle. Brian walks up and talks to the girl. Instead of asking who is next he goes to the young girl and asks what he can do to help her. My wife said I am next and he said without looking up I will be right with you. After he helped the girl picking up her phone he then turned to a woman who just walked in and asked if he could help her until another associate wearing a mask had to tell him we were next. He then proceeded to tell us that they don't do battery replacements until he finally listened to my wife that Verizon has sent her to this store with a confirmation number. He was cold, glued to his screen and lack any manners.

OK went into store and told them I was interested in possibly upgrading my 5 + year old phone. He took my number, got in my account and said I could get a new phone and that all phones are "upgradable". Hey said I could get a new Iphone but I told him I was interested in phone similar to mine, such as a Samsung. He said I could get a model 21 or 20 not sure which for about 300 dollars. I said OK can I see one? He said no they don't have any on display. OK can I see the specs? Well I don't have them but we would have to print them out. But he did point out the one he recommended was looked like the one on display. (Looks was not what I was interested in). One last question I asked is "how long to get the phone if I buy it?. He said right away, they have them in the back. At this point I gave up, Not on display but they had them in the back?!?!?! I told him thanks, I would look up the phone on line and left. That was the worse customer service or "sales" job ever. He was a really nice guy but that was about all. I think he needed some training on customer service or maybe they just don't care. I will try another Verizon store or maybe another service. Sad since been with Verizon for over 10 years I think.

Many thanks to the helpful staff at this store for resolving an issue with my new iPhone 13. Received my new phone via UPS recently but Verizon sent me the wrong size screen protector with the shipment. Walked into this store and the very helpful and friendly "Kota" made quick work to fix me up with the correct size screen protector for my pro max phone. She even installed it on the spot for me. Every Verizon store needs a "Kota." Thanks again!

I been trying to get hold of someone from Verizon and the store about my phone messing up and not holding a charge that when I decided to go too get a new phone but I look up a few things and find out it's became a hassle to even get a new phone because of some company has gone a little bit to far with the covid-19 safety policies it's sad that common Sense has left this world.

I will never buy another iPhone from this Verizon store. I was flat out lied to...to my face...the people I dealt with at this store have no conscience. My iPhone X froze up on me one evening. The next morning I took it to Verizon and I was shocked to learn my expensive phone is now garbage. According to the Verizon employee that I spoke with...he has NEVER seen this happen before and there's nothing they can do...nothing..EXCEPT sell me a new iPhone! I felt I was being duped but I am not tech savvy...so I left the store and went home to discuss with my husband. We decided even though my iPhone was now useless we had nothing to lose and we'd take it to Best Buy and get their opinion. Well GREAT NEWS...the screen freezing was actually a COMMON problem according to the honest employees at Best Buy..and there was zero cost to me...they said Apple knew of this glitch and would pay for It!! It AMAZES me still how two employees at Verizon could look me dead in the eye and say my phone couldn't be fixed and how they'd NEVER seen this problem before! All lies!! Well I hope my review helps someone else in the future. If the manager at Verizon reads this and tries to sugar-coat what happened...or offer me any kind of deal..SAVE IT! I felt I was being lied to but couldn't prove it at the time...there's no way the management doesn't know their employees lie to customers to make another sale. It's truly disgusting!

As a follow up, after speaking to the Regional Manager, we were able to resolve the issue. It is just unfortunate that we had to take four trips and numerous phone calls to get to this point. Prior to this they claimed "our screen protector was cracked" and there was "obvious scuff marks that showed it was dropped" both were not true.....the lower staff and management needs some customer service training.....I do realize they are in a difficult business, where they have heard every excuse in the books, but they cannot always assume that the customer is wrong.

My wife bought a new here on Tuesday set it up on Wednesday and found a charge Wednesday afternoon from apple itunes for a game in Chinese. I called Verizon and they told me to take the phone back and get a new one as you have 14 days satisfaction guaranteed and company's policy. Well the manager basically said we were just stupid and they would reset the phone but absolutely wouldn't exchange it. He said it was only customer service that we talked to and they were stupid to. Really poor customer service, really condescending to my wife. We walked out and called Verizon to tell them why I would be finding a new cell phone provider after 17 years with them. They sent to to exchange it in Ft olgelthorpe hassle free. Which they did, and were very professional not like the kid in hixon that was still in diapers.
